This company also has properties and rent them out, and when their properties get to be too much as far as the upkeep they go and sell them.they are slum landlords for sure!!! To who ever reads this please don't buy their properties because they are in desperate need of work and you get stuck with it.one house they sold had no electricity working floors are falling apart and the whole house is patched up like using bandages. I don't know how the city allows landlords to sell a house that can't pass inspection especially electric not working through out the whole house.
