We came to Casa Linda to look for some furniture pieces after having just moved to a new apartment. Juan was incredibly helpful; he answered every question we had, gave earnest information about pieces we were asking about, and after getting a feel for what we were looking for, recommended us great pieces that we were incredibly happy with to add to our new home. The financing was well instructed, easily done and understandable with Juan as well. Strongly recommend not only looking for furniture here but ask for Juan and I guarantee you will be happy you did. An added note, I am not getting paid or any benefits for this review, I was just extremely happy with the service and product we received at Casa Linda from Juan.

The delivery drivers were the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
They were very professional, checked the area before hand, asked questions about were we wanted each piece and cleaned up every piece of trash.
This was not an easy delivery, three flights of stairs, narrow stair way, newly painted very, white walls!!
But they maneuvered with easy and didn't leave a mark anywhere.

The store staff is very good. Door-to-door delivery and fast installation. But now it is found that the chair is not installed evenly. Can you help me adjust it?

Worst customer service!! They love getting Spanish speaking Hispanics so that they don’t know what they’re are signing. Poor quality and outrageous pricing on these poor quality items. Plus 90 day warranty like that speaks for itself because surely nothing will happen on the 90 day mark and after that you’re on your own. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!

This store is located in El Monte California
And the sales rep was Giovanni Fonseca and also Denise Gonzalez was of no help. She immediately got very angry and hostile about the situation and shut my mother down by advising her that she was not going to help her at all.

Large furniture store, with a ground floor and underground level. Fernando was very friendly and helpful. They didn’t have a huge assortment of twin beds, so I didn’t buy anything, but would return if I was looking for other affordable items.

Been with this place for about 4 years getting my furniture and them installing it. They have good service 95% of the time but you do get some customer service rep's that are not very professional about there job but for the most part I'm satisfied with the service. Just being honest wish other people would do the same about the reviews.
