Don't think the sheets had been changed prior to us checking in, too many hairs in the sheets! The room was clean, appreciated the tike floor- no smelly carpet. The shower had decent pressure and was hot. The housekeeper checked in everyday which was nice. There was a barking dog next door which was annoying. The first night, we met up with my brothers, who went to the bar and the bartenders (both) were drunk-actually hammered. Had difficulty with the bill. We told the front desk staff and security but no one seemed like they wanted to deal with it. The restaurant was mediocre, over priced and the service was slooww. Despite the negative experiences I would stay again. Maybe they're just getting started?

This resort is truly exceptional. The staff members are incredibly welcoming and courteous, making you feel right at home. The food at the restaurant is outstanding; the chef's culinary talents are truly impressive. Despite the recent hurricanes affecting the area, the resort is diligently maintaining and renovating the rooms. They even have renderings showcasing the stunning final look. My wife and I had an unforgettable experience here, and we are eager to return in the near future.

Spacious and convenient room layout, however they would definitely benefit from a little more thorough maintenance and update - to keep all room amenities work as they should. Restaurant on site offers great meals. Breakfast a la cart menu is great, offering artisanal quality. Food presentation could very much improve with more attention to the interior design and maintenance.
Cozy atmosphere with great pool area, ample parking, very little if any noise from US41, as it is set back from the road.

Had a great stay. Room was super clean and the ac worked great. Close to the beach and other conveniente shops. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Desk clerks were very informative and helpful with locations around the area we could visit. Highly recommend!

We were happy with the resort. We only had one issue, no shampoo/conditioner in shower. But, I called & they filled it that afternoon. Nice place. Pool area was great! Would recommend it & will tell others about it!!

This place is very interesting. The drinks during happy hour are very fair. The pool is super nice. Rooms are decent, they gave us late checkout at 11. However the staff is almost comical. These people are lit out of their minds and or having a nervous meltdown. Anyways 5 stars still because I’m nice but I couldn’t not leave a review because this experience was wild to be honest.

This “resort” is not what we would consider a resort. The standard king room had a comfortable bed, but other than that was very no frills. The pool area was located in the middle of rooms. While walking through the area to go to breakfast, there were loose floor tiles that were definitely a tripping hazard. There was a bar area by the pool. The bar tender lady was very nice, but appeared overly busy. There was music for both nights until about 8 pm. |The breakfast area left a lot to be desired. There was a sign listing cappuccino as an option, but when asked for it the first day, we were told they were too busy to make it. It did get busier as we sat there waiting for breakfast, but there seemed to be time they could have made cappuccino. We ended up waiting a long time for our food to arrive. The waiters seemed a little overwhelmed as the restaurant got busier. The second day, we were told they didn’t have cappuccino. We went earlier the second day and it was much quicker and not very busy. It was nice, at least, that the coffee was no charge. The food was fine, plentiful. |We were just not sure why the resort fee is charged, because they seem to have basically what most hotels offer. The rooms are definitely bare bones, less amenities than most hotels we have stayed in.

My stay was due to hurricane Milton. I'm much older and disabled with two cats my stay at the hotel was a major blessing. The front desk kept me in an ADA room. It was close to soundproof. My stay couldn't have been nicee. All of the staff where great and it's a well managed hotel I highly recommend them.
P S. I heard about their chef and restaurant. It's great and well known in the area
