Absolutely hands down the best customer service. I went in looking for a pair of cowboy boots and being from Pennsylvania, well I have no clue. The very friendly staff was just so helpful and patient with me. First day I left empty handed, but thought about it. Because of the help and information they gave me I had to come back and buy a pair. Loving my HH brand boots. Gonna go make my hometown jealous with my new boots haha. Thanks so much for everything. Whether being from the west or east with no clue about western style(like me), you’ll leave a happy customer. Thanks again

Got my boots back, ink covered everything because you dyed the bottom of my boots for some reason. Had to do my own deep clean. Would not recommend. Also took way longer than recommended time I was given to clean the boots.

October, 2021. For over 15 yrs I have been in search of a pair of boots that would fit my oddly shaped and sized extra wide foot. Hi instep, no arch, just a hot mess for footwear, not to mention a western style boot. I went to Casey to get repairs made on a pair of work boots, as he was the only nearby old school cobbler.

Walking into the store, you're immediately transported back 50 years to a REAL leather shop. The vast array of boots, hats, and leather goods displayed for sale, the friendly greeting from Casey, the smell that one only gets from leather footwear.

When I was done setting up the repair, I commented to Casey that there were some nice-looking boots there but I was pretty sure none would fit my feet because of the way they are shaped.

Casey spent over an hour, close to an hour and a half, working with me to try different sizes, different styles, different configurations. I ended up closing on a pair of Double H, made in the USA, boots we thought would fit my feet. Casey did not have the actual size in stock, so with a 50% down payment on the boots, he ordered in several different sizes too take into account possible variations. For the first time in my 60 or so years, I have a pair of western boots that fit my feet the way my hat fits my head.

I cannot more highly recommend a footwear professional than Casey at Casey's Cowboy shop.

Highly recommend Casey's Cowboy Shop!!! Our daughter did a commercial, and needed western clothes. I was adamant about shopping local, and so glad that I did!!! She looked so cute, and Christina was super helpful! They also helped me find my boots for my wedding!

Was in Arizona for vacation and decided to get some boots and a hat. We got to the shop about 30 mins before it was due to close, but Casey stayed over an hour late to give us time to try things on and make a decision. He taught us all about how the hats and boots are made, but also gave us enough space to try things out without feeling rushed. Fantastic service, and a fantastic shop!
