First time customer review: Bagels are LARGE, equally dense, and have good flavor throughout.
Pros: Variety, from plain sourdough to red-velvet, they have you covered.
Size, if you’re taking these to go, better have a large format toaster or you’ll be dragging out the toaster oven!
Con’s: Consistency, they are very heavy, a dense bite. I prefer a less doughy bite, easier to toast up. Without throwing shade, they feel more like the texture you find in a grocery store’s bagel-bin. That is purely my interpretation of the bagels my family received. The place on Saturday is packed, so many people like them.
Cost, I paid $35 for a dozen varietal and one tub of Veggie cream cheese. Which by the way has a bit of a kick! We did not care for it and wouldn’t get again. Just saying, these our our taste buds and yours may appreciate the heat in the morning 🙂

OMG, never knew there was a fantastic bagel shop within walking distance of my front door! The experience and the food were next level. I slipped in one Saturday morning expecting to wait an extended period of time for my order as it sits adjacent to a busy soccer tournament field. Lo and behold there was no line! The staff was attentive, efficient and the steady crowd that did walk in had smiles, great food and, extra time on their hands as they left!
Highly recommend Cassidy’s corner!

First off, it seems people are being too harsh with reviews. This place just opened a couple months ago and they are still getting their groove. I don't think it should take away from everything they are doing right.

Bagels were amazing- fresh, fluffy, delicious, and the topping stayed on after it was toasted! Most bagel shops serve rock hard bagels, but these were easy to eat and very enjoyable. They are New York style. The cream cheese was really good too.

We tried Joe's Special, Mad Joe's, and a cinnamon raisin with cream cheese.Very happy with all. We also had a regular iced coffee and a house coffee. The iced coffee was fine but the house coffee wasn't our favorite because it was too sweet for our taste.

Service was great! All employees were kind and every single one was hustling to get orders out. We didn't wait long for three breakfast bagels and two drinks. It did take a bit for additional bagels to take home though, it seems they keep track of inventory manually which seems inefficient. The shop itself is really cute and very clean.

Overall, I'm ecstatic Cassidy's Corner Cafe came to Eastvale! I've been waiting for a bagel shop and this one checks off all the boxes for me!

One of my favorite modern coffee spots.

I do wish there were more classic options as that is what today’s average coffee shop is missing. However, I do understand most are in direct competition with Starbucks.

Bagels are great, so many options and parings to choose from! The variety is endless and you can have something sweet and savory at the same time.

Coffees/Teas are brewed & made in house; not bottled so that’s great! Love that nothing is overly sweet and I can still taste my coffee.

Younger staff that knows customer service, great environment, many options, and you can sit inside or outside or take it on the go.

In the late 90s there was a West Coast boom of Bagel Shops. Nowadays you only encounter good bagel shops in an Airport Terminal.

It checks off all of the Bagel boxes from the 90s. Bagels are freshly made.

✅Bagel sandwiches are tasty and the employees are super kind. We came for the Grand Opening and bought a bunch of bagels they were all tasty. The owner Brian was super nice!

➖My only negative thing I’ll say was there weren’t any Savory Bagles available for the grand opening🤷🏾‍♂️

Overall, its okay. I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese it was good, fresh and yummy. I also ordered the 4-2-1 signature coffee, it was basic and reminded me of the iced coffee you can get at the grocery store. The atmosphere is clean and nice. The wait to order and receive your food is a bit much. It honestly took too long to order such simple items (went on a weekday before 9:30am). There isn't a ton of indoor seating available but they do have a fun foot-soccer table.

I have not had a bagel this good since Einstein's, Noah’s or New York City. They are large and yet manage to stay soft throughout. Their cream cheese is home made and light. Service was good, place is clean. They start fresh when making you sandwich, so it may take a few more minutes, but if you’re already there to eat a bagel you then you get chill.
