Such a friendly and fabulous boutique! When I want something special but wearable, I visit Cassis. Familiar brands combined with unique brands that you won't find just everywhere, plus a staff that is personal and fun to work with. Just shopped there with Tatiana, who helped me put pieces together that will work all season long. They really get to know their customers, so when I shop there, it's quick and painless, but also lots of fun. Great dresses and tops, and fantastic customer service.

Cassis is my all-time favorite! I love shopping there because they have an assortment of casual, work attire and formal wear. The staff is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful. I run in at a moment's notice and in no time at all I have exactly what I was looking for... and it is always a perfect fit! I'm so appreciative to have such a special shop right in my backyard. I love Cassis. Very well edited collection of many designers. What I find amazing is that I (at age 70) can finds lots that is "age-appropriate," and the same goes when I bring one of my four visiting daughters (ages 28-45). The staff is knowledgeable and honest about what is flattering and what is not. We moved to Palo Alto seven years ago, and Cassis is my go-to store.

The staff at Casis is helpful and enthusiastic about their curated selection of clothing and go out of their way to help you find just what you are looking for (even if you are just browsing). It is the opposite of a depressing department store environment! When I shopped at an expensive boutique in a nearby town recently and was treated icily by the snobby salespeople, it made me more appreciative than ever of having a treasure like Casis in Palo Alto.
