Every time I come, Justin is so upbeat. I hope I’m saying his name right he’s always friendly nice and very knowledgeable about the products that I get. He always knows my name and recommend me great things to try. I love getting him and Nick as butt tenders, they’re the best

The budtenders are always friendly, personable, kind and respectful. I'm MTF transgender and I've never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable here due to my identity, they'll treat you like a person, and that by itself has earned Catalyst my repeat business for as long as I'm around. I'll also be referring all my friends in this direction 😀
On top of that they have a great points rewards system, probably the best I've seen from any dispensary. All in all, if you're on the fence about visiting or making this your new dispensary, dropping in for a visit is well worth your time!!

I love this place! Please try it if you haven't. Everyone is so kind and easy going. Highly knowledgeable staff. Very little staff turnover if any. JUSTIN and JESSICA seem to always be there when I'm looking for help. These 2 are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! Thank you CATALYST 😊

Nick helped me out today. He’s always friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I don’t shop anywhere but Catalyst because I like the people and they have great deals on a variety of products. I would definitely recommend Catalyst in Hemet.
