I really like this store alot. It's a trendier version of Crate and Barrel. I chose the Ambrose sofa a couple of months back in the taupe fabric color which was not my color choice but the only one available for fast delivery and first time around it came with a crooked leg, which they did switch out. There is a "stiff" quality, however to the sofa that gives me the impression that there weren't just different "colors" but also different "grades" of the fabric I selected. I later visited the store and was able to confirm that in fact the initial color that I had selected (which would have taken months to make), which was featured on the floor on a different model of sofa, was not just a different color but definitely a different "type" of fabric. This was not something I had been initially aware of. To make a long story short, the staff and people at the store are great and the store is beautiful, the design of the Ambrose is beautiful, but the fabric is very "cheap" quality and not all just a different "shade" than the blue fabric featured on the floor on a different sofa, but a totally different "type", and with use this has become more apparent (wrinkling, lack of flexibility, lack of comfort, etc....). I did expect better quality material from this company. *edited to add: the fabric swatch I recieved was for the blue color I had shown interest in. I was told a swatch of the "taupe" was unavailable so I did rely on pictures on the site. I also made the purchase at the actual store, but the store did not have the Ambrose in the purchased color available to display. It would have been good to made aware that "hey, it's not just the color that differs between the blue and taupe, it is the "quality" that also different. Had I known this I may have not been stuck with this sofa.

Wanted to give a big shout out to Janelle at the West Hollywood CB2! She is amazing and should be your go-to-gal for anything at CB2 in LA. Not only does she have exquisite taste herself, but she provides exceptional customer service and is a master multi-tasker. During our recent visit, we watched in amazement as she juggled at a minimum 5 clients at one time without making anyone feel abandoned or forgotten. Many of those visiting were struggling with the emotional and financial trauma of having to replace cherished possessions destroyed during the recent LA Wildfires. Janelle was patient, compassionate and kind while everyone worked through these complicated purchases. In addition, CB2 kindly offered a 20% discount to all wildfire victims which helps take some of the sting out of having to replace all of your possessions. Thank you Janelle & CB2, you've got a fan and customers for life in us!

I ordered a set of 3 small tables and it gave me a choice to have them delivered to the store . Since I was not sure I going to love them I chose to see them before I bring them home . I was happy to get an email that they are ready to pick up and the email came with instructions. I was told to provide my arrival time and my car type and it said to sit in the car and wait . We waited 15 minutes and I tried to call the store and no one answered . I got out of the car because I got tired to wait . There was a door with a button so I pressed just to see if anyone answers . To my surprise some woman opened the door and I told her I was waiting . She started telling me only half of my order arrived and I told her a was waiting following instructions on the email . She said they didn’t know I arrived because internet doesn’t work in that basement. I was shocked and told it was crazy how was I supposed to know this ? Why they are sending emails with half of table delivered ? Why they have wrong instructions on emails they sent out to costumers? She told me I looked upset and called her supervisor Julius and he came back to tell me they don’t recommend ordering store delivery because things arrive in parts and went on to telll me now internet doesn’t work in this basement . He was blaming me for ordering in store delivery ! I told him I was given that option and I took it . When I told him why they sent such misleading emails and why I have an option to deliver to the store when it’s such bad option, he tells me he is sorry I have such bad experience . How was I supposed to know to have tables delivered to their store is a bad choice ? The manager and this other storage female worker was blaming me for getting upset and were accusing me of being rude when I was expressing my shock with their horrible service . Was a supposed to be happy about it and thank them ? Plus both of them were talking at the same time and female worker who called the manager came back and was still talking and when I told her she can leave since she called the manager to talk to us, the manager told me not to be rude to his co worker . So the female worker called the manager and I don’t get a choice just to talk to the manager ? It was so out of line , I just told them it was not worth my time !
I have done number of in store deliveries with CRATE and Barrrel in Beverly Hills and they never had such issues ! This place is the worst !!! Cancelled my order ! Your staff is the worst ! I find it disgusting and disturbing when your staff blames customers for your mistakes !

Horrible experience with customer service regarding damaged table console that I purchased in 2021. I picked up the console in January 2022 since there was a supply shortage and when I unboxed the item it was badly damaged already. I’ve been communicating with customer service for a full year now trying to get a replacement yet it never showed up. I was supposed to be receiving my replacement in November 2022 but I never received it, and now I just want my refund which I should have accepted one year ago. I would not recommend buying any large items that either have to be picked up at the warehouse or delivered to your home.

I ordered 6 boxes of glasses for pick up from these locations. I drove about 3 hours total. Once I got home, I realized that I was missing a box. Accidents happen, but I was worried about having to do another drive. When I called, they were super sympathetic and accountable. They offered to ship the box to save me the trip. I am super grateful for the customer service and also my new amazing glasses!

I’ve faced similar issues with unfulfilled promises. Been waiting 2 months to hear from the designer! Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone needing help making selections. Other similar grade stores offer much better customer service.
I’ve contacted the assistant manager and waiting to see how he will address this delay.

I love this place! They're still under construction but they still managed to merchandise the store very well. Customer service is great. You dont feel like you are being rushed or hassled. Love the choices!!! Will be back soon!
