I came in to get my battery repaired and also called over the phone. An amazing young man named Jose took care of me and made sure everything was done properly and had AMAZING customer service! I was charged 148 for a full battery repair on my Iphone12, Jose said he would be done with the repair in 30 minutes up to an hour. He was done fairly quick and ever since then i have not had any problems with my phone. It’s like new! Service was so good I felt like it was necessary to give Jose an additional $20 as a tip. For any repairs come here!!

I just had a wonderful experience at Cellular ConneXion. The Led light in my iPhone 12 pro max, was going out. I was going to trade my phone in, but I needed to repair the screen first. I got my phone back in brand new condition, not to mention the hassle of not setting up a new phone. Shout out the best tech in the business Jose and he was quick! 5 stars.

Can't comment on the service, because I made an appointment online the day before and when I arrived, the store was dark and locked. Turns out, they decided not to open that location that day but never bothered to call and let me know.

I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with Josh the owner and how helpful he’s been. I’m 2 phones a few years in between purchases by Josh and still not a glitch. He’s fast and reliable. Took care of making sure with me I didn’t lose any pics or videos and I have left both times 💯 satisfied. Thanks Josh and staff!
