I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Lincoln dealership! Carlos Martinez, the sales rep.who assisted me, was incredible—hands down a 10 out of 10! This was a refreshingly different car-buying experience; there was absolutely no pressure. Instead, I received really amazing information along with genuine patience and understanding, making me feel fully supported in such an important decision. Even after purchasing my car (2025 Nautilis) Carlos took the time to help me set up every feature to ensure I was 100% satisfied!

Everyone at the dealership, from the receptionist to the management team, was extremely helpful. I’d like to give a special shoutout to Ms. Brittany in finance, who made the signing process a breeze, and Chris, the sales manager, who was instrumental in securing my financing.

Overall, I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Thank you all for your outstanding service!

I want to start by saying that Lincoln dealership on colonial Dr Orlando Florida gave me one of the best car shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Went into the dealership not expecting to drive off into the brand new vehicle I was looking for that also was for into a budget I could afford. Carlos, my salesman assured me that he’d do his best to make things work and made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Their finance team was phenomenal as well. Easily a 10/10 experience and I recommend doing business with Lincoln to anyone. Don’t forget to ask for Carlos he’s great!

What an awesome experience dealing with Central Florida Lincoln from the very first email. I was very impressed by David Spurgin, he was very responsive he contacted me within 30 minutes of receiving the inquiry email. He searched out the vehicle that I was describing and sent me a video email of the vehicle, I told him that we didn’t live in the area, and I didn’t want to make a trip and there was nothing I would want. He met our needs and was very knowledgeable about the 2024 Nautilus. I had been researching this vehicle since last year and I was not disappointed. What I liked most was the responsiveness, when I am making a purchase, I like to feel like I am the only one that matters, and I felt that I received the service I desired. I did have an issue with the Key Fobs not matching but Central Florida Lincoln is making it right. Overall, it was a great experience, even with the Financing agent Brittany.

I was in the market for a new vehicle since my lease was ending. I had been to many dealerships and sent many emails inquiring about vehicles the last few months trying to get into something with a comparable payment. No dealership would work with me and it didn’t seem any of them cared about earning my business. It was so exhausting and defeating. I called Central Florida Lincoln and spoke with salesman Jose who was such a kind and wonderful man. I then was able to visit the dealership in person and had salesman Kevin and sales manager Rene. I cannot begin to describe how positive my experience was. Kevin and Rene listened to my concerns and the need to be at a certain payment per month and moved mountains to make it happen. They were the only dealership I dealt with who were truly compassionate and understanding of my current situation. Kevin went out of his way and sacrificed his own time to ensure my new car made it back to my house. I would highly recommend Central Florida Lincoln and these amazing individuals. They made me feel like a person and they don’t even know that they made my wish come true! They were my last stop on my car journey, I wish they had been my first! Amazing service, this dealer is the real deal, repair flat tire was here in 20 minutes, at the dealer their video portal as your car is getting fixed was very helpful to see your car getting fixed, they uber you home, wash your car, wow! I am over the top! And so satisfied how they take in consideration my time.
