Came to the dealership to look for a vehicle, and I was greeted by a gentleman named Edward. He was very respectful to me and my wife and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles which was nice because nowadays most salesmen don't anything about cars. He got a feel for what I was looking for and what my wife would allow me to purchase and found a perfect car that I was to convince my wife to let me purchase. Which wouldn't have happened without Edward helping me convince her paperwork only took about 45 minutes altogether I was in and out within an hour. I couldn't be more happy. I'll be coming back again as long as Edward is there.

Extremely poor experience. Suspected the used vehicle for sale was a rental and was guaranteed that it was not. Multiple days after the sale closed I was contacted and advised that I needed to sign a disclosure indicating i was aware it was in fact a rental.

I expressed my disappointment/concerns and requested some form of consideration only to be told the most they could do was reimburse me an oil change.

After being promised that such reimbursement check would be mailed to me, it still has not arrived. I have emailed and spoke with multiple individuals in an attempt to determine the status of the promised check only to be completely ignored.

Proceed with caution. Complete lack of honesty, integrity and adherence to required business practices.

I have been going to this dodge for yrs now, from getting custom order vehicles to repair and regular maintenance. The service manager Dave is amazing while going above and beyond for the customers. Justin and Dave both worked together to get a warranty issue fixed with my car which while waiting on a part Dave made sure to get every little concern I had with the car fixed. when the part finally came in Justin got his techs working on my car which wasn't a simple job to get done but they still managed to get me my car day of that the part was delivered. I plan to go back for yrs to come and look forward to the amazing customer service.

I am nearing two years of having purchased a vehicle at this dealership and deeply regret having chosen it. They offered full trade-in value for my previous vehicle, which albeit was a great offer which has not been worth the issues I have incurred with the vehicle and the people the dealership employs. Please read on if you have time to spare to learn about how this dealership is misogynistic, disrespectful to veterans, and lacking the professional communication needed to run an efficacious place of business with top tier customer service.

I would like to once more preface that I did not like the service I received, but shook hands because I was offered full trade-in value for my previous vehicle. I will spare the name of the dealer, since my intent is not to single him out and harass him.

Upon arrival and in the midst of establishing a purchasing relationship with the dealer, he learned my husband was a retired military veteran. He proceeded to ask him deeply personal questions about his service, and even had the audacity to ask him him his "body count" when deployed. My husband, ever the peacemaker, did not point out his blatant disrespect, but changed the topic. When asking us about our marriage, the dealer proceeded to make degrading statements regarding the role of women in relationships. He mentioned how women often lie about who they are, and how his now wife had to promise him she was everything she had written on her online dating profile, and how he told her he would marry her if only this was true. The whole while conversing with my husband, and only speaking to me when it came down to making the final purchase since I was the sole purchaser. Never regarding me or attempting to make conversation with me, and treating me like I was second to my husband.

Looking back, I am embarrassed I did not walk away and deeply regret not having done so. I was lured by an all too good deal.

Not two days later, I noticed one headlight was out and a week later the brakes had to be replaced. The dealership took care of this, and assured us their vehicles are thoroughly inspected before being sold, which does not check out with my experience. About three weeks later, the vehicle stalled during a green-light left hand turn. I had to completely turn off and back on the vehicle in the middle of traffic with my daughter in tow, all while the dashboard read a series of errors. Again, the dealership took care of the issue, and upon bumping into our dealer to express our frustration, he replied with utter annoyance that these issues "happen all the time." I found his reasoning inexcusable, as I had never had these kinds of issues with another dealership.

Fast forward several months later, I had new issues arise with new errors flashing on my dashboard. I can understand how the vehicle having this many issues can be attributed to poor purchasing luck, but what I cannot understand is the inefficiency of the service department. I scheduled an appointment and made sure there would be a loaner vehicle for me. I was told there would be, as they had several available. I called the day before to confirm, and once more was assured there would be a loaner available. Upon arrival, the service department had no notice of me needing a loaner and had to scavenge to make sure I would not be stranded. When I called during business hours to inquire about this mishap, I received no answers or apologies.

Please consider another dealership before visiting Central Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Thank you.
