I made a payment and they ended up messing everything up for me. they sent my money to someone else and they also have two cards on my account that are not even mine. They took money off of my card and sent half of it to someone else. since someone made a mistake on my account now they are wanting me to pay more than what I am supposed to be paying. Worst company for the internet ever.

It couldn’t be worst! I canceled their service because it sucked and they want to keep charging me after cancellation and return of the modem.
Don’t think you are getting someone on the phone that can help you. If you are lucky enough to get a person on the phone they will transfer you to somewhere else and good luck!!!!!!

I am paying more per month for 80mbps internet than I was in Bradenton with spectrum for 200mbps internet (strike 1). Service took almost 1 month to connect (strike 2). had to pay $106 to connect service (strike 3). service was disconnected 1 day after connection for failing to pay installation cost (I thought I had paid for it when I first subscribed to the service, but that was only the $86 first month payment . Save yourself and get a mobile hotspot and a cell signal booster if you need it. I am praying for Xfinity to start running fiber optics in my neighborhood.

Called for service, pressed one for new service, pressed one for new service, DISCONNECTED. Tried again. Got a guy in west palm beach that wanted a lot of info before he could give me any prices.
Called back again. Pressed zero for more info. Message said that this option was not available and DO NOT CALL BACK, or my number would be blocked.

Called again, pressed one for sales, pressed two for more info. Said this is a new service line. And DISCONNECTED. Tried calling again and pressed one, pressed one again. DISCONNECTED.

THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT WANT YOUR BUSINESS!!!

Was supposed to have an installation today. They cancelled out of NO WHERE saying that no one was home. I took the day off to meet the installer and I have security cameras. You did NOT come to my house. 👎
