Absolute horrible service. After being told my vehicle would be ready in two days, it was held for six days. Additionally, I was charged $285 for a basic diagnostic, but when I requested a detailed explanation of the issue, I was given no clear answers.

Upon picking up my car, I was ushered outside with no staff available to assist. I had to repeatedly ask for someone to bring my vehicle to me. I also inquired multiple times about my house keys, which were attached to the car key, and was told they would be in the cupholder. However, after driving home, I discovered that my keys were missing.

Despite trying to contact the dealership at least six times, no one answered the phone. I finally received my keys after 3 days of attempting to call them. The lack of communication and customer care is unacceptable. This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed, and I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again. I will also be advising friends and family to avoid this business in the future.

After being mistreated and be-littled at JSTAR Dodge/Crysler in Anaheim Hills. I decided to come to Champion where I was approached by young humble sales person (Alan). Alan began by asking some qualifying questions, then took me around his lot and showed me all available Challengers. Without any pressure from this youngster I chose the model and color I wanted. I came in to buy an inexpensive Challeger and spent 10k more. This kid was humble, patient, and super respectful! Thank you, Alan!

BEWARE OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

I purchased a used Dodge vehicle a few months ago with the extended warranty at a different dealership. I noticed my radio was not working correctly so I took it back to the dealership I purchased it from. They advised me to take it to this Dodge Dealership and the warranty would cover the repairs. My service advisor Manuel Salinas said he will take care of it and advised me he ordered the part to repair it. It's been going on 2 months now and nothing has been done. Haven't received any phone call or updates on my vehicle. What a shame. At this point I will be contacting BBB and file a complaint since nothing has been done
