My colorful fluffy sandals I purchased here started to break apart in 2 weeks, I barely wore them. Won't be visiting again. I'll stick with my old Famous Footwear sandals.

I purchased a pair of boots Wednesday right before closing, just before thanksgiving, the nice girl there went out of her way to honor the 10% discount. I came back this morning as soon as they opened on Black Friday to exchange it, George would not honor the exchange, he may be the manager or owner, either way he raised the price and sold me the boots that are exactly the same price for a higher price on Black Friday who does that. He is so rude and extremely unprofessional, and suggested to tip the girl at the register. His shoes are bad quality & very uncomfortable. A bad business place. I highly recommend to stay away from Charming heels, because there’s nothing charming about this horrible place!

Buy with caution. Store credit can only be used on boots because that's what I originally purchased (even though it's a regular-priced item and wasn't clearance). Store changed their hours the very NEXT week after I said I'd be back to use my store credit, and the new hours conflict with my schedule, so now I can't even use the stupid store credit.

Details... Came here 2 weeks ago today to buy boots for my daughter. Bought two pairs. One on clearance, sale final. Another pair just regular price, two week return option. We wanted to keep the clearance one but a week later, returned the unused regular-priced boots.

Strike One: Guy said that they don't do returns, only EXCHANGES. I told the guy I didn't have time to exchange them right now and asked for a store credit.

Strike Two: He gave me a store credit but said it that it could ONLY BE USED ON BOOTS because that's what I originally purchased. I've never heard of this kind of restriction on store credit in my entire life... can't use it on whatever I want, only specific items.

I told the guy it was fine, even though in my head I was cussing up a storm. I told him no problem and I will be back same time next week (today) to use the store credit.

Strike Three: I'm here inside the mall and the store is CLOSED. They have a sign at the door that says they open at 11! It's 10:15 and that's what time I was here last week when I told him I'd be back. I have a 40-minute window on Thursdays to be in town between 10:10 and 10:50, so now that they've changed the schedule, I can't even USE the stupid store credit at all since Im on the road everyday leaving town before 11:00! If I'd have known all this drama would happen, I would've just purchased on Amazon... where I can even keep the shoes a full 30 days to try, return for my FULL refund, and use that refund on whatever I want. With this waste of $35, I could've kept the boots.

The representative was incredibly attentive and polite throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of shoes. Horrible customer service. The man "helping" was rude, a couple of months back he was very attentive asking us to come back because he had just opened his store. I should've never came back honestly I will rather take my business somewhere else, it's a shame that as a small business he can't have better customer service. There's different ways of asking people to be patient maybe with a please instead of pointing out how many people he has waiting on him. The one star is only because it won't let me leave 0.
