Bought a car and was adamant I did not want my credit ran as I had already secured financing. The salesman and finance guy sweet talked me into doing a “call” to see who might finance me with a better rate. They ASSURED me over and over it would not be a hard inquiry on my credit. Low and behold today I get FOUR hard hits on my credit. I called several of the banks and they reported that the inquiry the salesperson did was for a hard inquiry to see who would finance. Both companies I called educated me on how shady this was of the dealership. I am so disgusted at the level of lies they told me. I feel totally duped and disappointed in the way we were manipulated. If they can be this dishonest in anyway then there is no telling the level of dishonesty they are capable of in other areas too. I wouldn’t not recommend them at all. If you’re going to spend a large amount of money you want honest people. I can assure you these are definitely not honest people.
Never again will I use them and certainly would not recommend them.

This should have been an easy deal. I found a truck I liked. I traded a truck I owned outright once we agreed on a price. I even got my own financing with an approval letter from Bank of America. After we agreed on a price they came out with new numbers that were $1,000 higher than the ones we shook hands on and agreed upon. After that they wanted me to fill out another credit application to “prove to Bank of America” that it was me. They called the bank and kept saying they couldn’t find my application. When I called the bank the loan officer kept refreshing the application . She could see from her computer that the dealership had not accepted it yet. The lady at the bank was telling me to leave because she said the dealership was stalling. Overall this should have been easy but it wasn’t. Your finance guy was a nice guy. Everyone else I dealt with had a very “used car” salesman vibe to them. Glad it’s over .

Best experience at a dealership so far. Dave was professional and kind and most importantly, non-pressuring! He and the sales manager, Tim, made sure that I got to spend plenty of time with the truck I was interested in, I drove it home so my wife could check it out, and then we were able to make an informed purchase. They were great to work with and I’ll be back the next time I need a vehicle!

Sales Rep Amy of Chevrolet of Wasilla met me at the door and told me about my many options that matched my wish list for my vehicle shopping experience. She showed me around the facility and we went outdoors to see several I thought might work for me. Amy knew all the technology I was unfamiliar with.
