Came into the store and tried to make a few purchases, but the Jamaican girl behind the counter would not stop talking on the phone long enough to take my order so I left and went somewhere else. That’s ridiculous

One of the female managers directed her boyfriend to assault a friend of mine, then refused to dial 911 or render assistance to her while she bled all over the store. This store is unsafe for female patrons. Ladies, go get your gas elsewhere in case the manager decides to have you assaulted, too.

Female patron assaulted, management would not call the police or cooperate. Doesn't sound safe or like a company that cares about their patrons. There is Diversity in this world, hire management that can handle it!

The lady with the long black hair could not take here phone from her head to help me . Made me fell like I was intruding her call . She was talking to her boyfriend or husband . Guess they are more important than there customer's. If she just would have put it down for 1 second I would not have written this. Poor customer service for just reopening. Wont go back

I had 60 cents off per gallon. I went inside, because i was going to pay cash for cheaper rate. I asked the cashier, she said her name was Virginia, that I needed 17 gallons. Gave her my discount card, she said it was going to be 15 dollars. I asked her, "15 dollars for 17 gallons?" She impatiently repeated,"15 dollars." I paid, and went to the pump, it only gave me 6.6 gallons. I went back, where she yelled at me and said, "well, why did you tell me gallon amount and not cash?" I said, because I didn't know how much it would to fill up my car, but I knew it was going to be 17 gallons. She shrugged her shoulders, and said that she couldn't do anything to reverse it. So i lost around $8.

I understand a transgender woman was assaulted recently by the boyfriend of the female manager of this Chevron, and was not offered any assistance by the manager. I would suggest you avoid this station. You could be next if they don’t like something about you. I would ask also that Chevron investigate this hate crime and prosecute the manager and boyfriend accordingly.

Management ignores assault of a patron, and then refuses to call the police to help. To bad the rating only goes down to one star. Do the right thing! Boycott business here until the situation is handled.

They charge more for paying at the pump; yet advertise the lower price on the sign (no mention of cash only!). They also can't figure out that a gift card should be treated as cash--the very point (or they say) of charging more is to recuperate the credit card fees. No fees associated with your own Chevron gift cards.
