Well, this is my new place for gas in Pasadena. It's not glitzy like the other Chevron on Hill, but if it's what's on the inside that counts, then this is unmeasurably better! Plus, it's convenient to the fwy for me after grabbing the deals at Vons on my way.

They have good competitive pricing and a cute new interface screen... if that brings you simple joy 😃

Terrible service. Used my $1 off per gallon discount from my rewards program to pump $20. Decided I wanted to pump $40 instead and they could only do $0.10 off! They tried to fix it but it only made it worse and they were only able to do $0.05 off. Worst service. Just don’t go here.

I just stopped by this gas station a few minutes ago for a quick fill up and some refreshments. While there I noticed a pigeon infestation on the roof above the Extra Mile. Being a pest control company owner and specializing in pigeon work I went in after pumping my gas and asked the gentleman working if I could speak woth the manager about helping them get rid of the infestation (which is a health and safety violation) The guy was rude & honestly not very intelligent. He started shouting and acting like a child. Bad business.

I have been taking my car (BMW X5) here for the last few years; never had any problems. They are professional and efficient. Took in the car last week for a couple of major repairs, they did a couple of minor things without charging!

Use it only because of convenient location. Bad customer service. The Employees like chatting with each other too much, even when you’re waiting at the counter to pay. You have to wait when they finish and pay attention to clients. It happens all the time at this location and it bothers when you’re in a rush.

This place has the worst customer service I have ever went to. The clerk at the counter replied to me in a very snobby tone very clearly expressing his hatred for his job. I just came in asking for only $10 on pump one and he snapped at me asking "what?" in a very sharp answer and annoyed attitude having me repeat what I said even when I said it loudly and clearly and when I repeated what I said he grabbed my money aggressively while rolling his eyes and when I asked for the receipt, he barely looked back at me confirming that he heard me and nodded his head like he was too tired of having me at the counter and throwing me the receipt back and afterwards flicking his hand motioning me to the exit.
