OMG!!!! Had the best experience with Erick from Spectrum. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We even purchased our merchandise from because he was polite. Because of him, we will remain loyal to Spectrum!!!!

I went to Chino Spectrum Marketplace specifically for Target but ended up staying for a few hours. It’s pretty peaceful and has great food selection. It’s a little bit of a drive from me but I’m willing to drive out because it was a super chill spot. Definitely make a day out of your visit!

March 24th 2023 first time I've ever gone to this particular Olive Garden I usually go to the one by my house in San Dimas! Anyway the salad came and it was loaded with croutons which we forgot to ask him not to put in it It had no red onions and when I asked them about it they said they don't put in red onions anymore It had no Italian salad peppers in it two half slices of tomato and two olives light on a dressing a heavy on the croutons! When I asked a waitress about it she said they don't do any more red onions in the salad at this Olive Garden they're only allowed to put in two olives and two Italian peppers and two tomato slices per table salad! If the customer asks for more of an item they will put it in! I received my potato and sausage soup and there was no kale in it! I usually ask for extra kale and forgot to do that when I asked the waitress about it she had to check with the kitchen and they were out of kale! At the other Olive gardens I've been to when you get the leftover salad to go they will fill up the to go salad box with a little more salad for you at this one when I asked her if she would do that she said we have ready repaired salads to go if you want more! My eggplant parmesan was delicious The waitress, Alyssa, was not very attentive and never asked me if I wanted a refill on my iced tea! She did honor my birthday dessert coupon which had expired a few days earlier because I didn't want to go out in the rain storm so that was nice but all in all compared to the San Dimas Olive Garden It was a bit of a disappointment! If you go to this Olive Garden on Grand in Chino hills and you want something additional in your salad be sure to ask for it!

This mall is huge and has such a great variety of stores including Target, numerous restaurants, and so many interesting shops. I love coming here and shopping for clothes, home products, and grabbing a bite to eat. One of the best malls in Chino Hills!

Spectrum.Worse place ever was lied to by phone sales agent lied to by in store sales agent Marco Valencia. With an elderly handicapped man and was made to wait 3 hours with no help and was lied to by Marco who was trying to pull some shady moves luckily we didn't fall for it. Someone needs to be held accountable. How can a place treat customers like this.

Chino spectrum marketplace has the best stores to visit when you are in chino. They have unlimited dinning options and places to shop. I come here with my girlfriend very often when we cant figure out what to eat. It is very clean and safe environment and would definitely recommend visiting.
