Absolutely terrible experience through and through. I ordered chairs in November. They *finally* shipped in January, and then sat in a warehouse from Feb 2nd until today. I tried to pick them up myself, and Church Chairs wouldn't agree to let me pick them up because they didn't want to refund my freight fees. Today, after more than 3 weeks, the chairs were delivered, and every. single. chair. has major damage - deep scratches, huge dents, crooked legs. There are at least 4-5 of these issues on every chair. It's like they threw each one down an elevator shaft before shipping it with thin plastic wrap and nothing else. Who does that and thinks it will arrive ok?!? No one will return my calls, and I'm being completely ignored. This is beyond frustrating. I wish I'd have seen the reviews on service before placing my order.

I have been looking for new chairs for our game room and didn't have a huge budget but wanted comfortable, attractive chairs that we could sit and play games for a couple of hours comfortably. Dining chairs are so expensive and not really built for gaming and someone recommended Church Chairs. I loved the look of them and the 4" padding and the price was perfect. We ordered four and they arrived quickly and they put together quickly, however one of our screws was defective. I will be ordering 2 more chairs to complete our table for 6.

I understand supply chain issues. We had to wait for our 175 chairs over several ~6 months and 4 separately scheduled deliveries. The last delivery (75 chairs) -- included 2 different chairs... very similar-- but not identical. the color is slightly tan vs slightly gray. the structure of the chair different. It is not different enough that we will send the ~30 or so different chairs back. but not a 5 star performance.

Let me start by saying that the support people on the phone are nice, and try to be as helpful as they can. The rep from Flash furniture who handled the returns and replacements was nice and responsive, too.

But yet - SO MANY things went wrong that I might honestly have lost count. I started by requesting assistance from one of their agent to place a large order, with freight delivery. Took at least 3 follow ups to get the quotes. I emailed him when I was ready to place the order, and never heard back. Followed up twice. Crickets.

I then placed a bunch of smaller orders on their website myself. Among those orders:
- Some were packaged so terribly that 1 piece got broken, and 1 got so damaged it was unusable. Many were scratched, but at this stage I did not have the time nor the energy to fight them about scratches.
- 5 pieces were missing from a 32-pieces shipment. They were just nowhere to be found.
- I opened a ticket using their online form, ended up stuck with the same agent (that’s my luck!), so I had to follow up many times again to get replacements. They are not able to expedite shipping even if they messed up, so it took 3+ weeks to finally get those pieces. THREE. WEEKS. You betta not be in a hurry!
- 1 box got delivered to the wrong address. I would have loved to blame Fedex for that, but look at the shipping label!
- 1 box got sent back to their warehouse, unsure why, they could not tell. Again, they can’t expedite shipment, so you’re basically stuck with whatever Fedex can do, and whenever the warehouse has time to prep it back.

I am befuddled by this level of unprofessionalism!

Terrible! I received no notification about my chair shipping or delivering, and what I received is the wrong color (I ordered plain black). When I went to assemble it, there are no instructions or holes in the back to screw the nails into. Will not be using this company any longer

This is amazing company!!! I needed a chair that was sturdy enough to sit my rather obese bother at our dinning table at my New Years Eve Celebration party, and I bought a high quality chair at a rather reasonable price. Not only that, all their different styles of chairs come in a rather large array of colors, which beautifully blend any decorative style!!!!
I also understand that this company specializes on the sale of large quantities of chairs for churches, waiting rooms, conference tables or places, etcetera.
I without any misgiving highly recommend this company and its products!

I have a gorgeous round copper topped dining table that I have never been able to find chairs for that did not cost a fortune. I ordered 6 black dining chairs with black padded seats for under $250.00 for ALL. They are amazing. Very comfortable and look beautiful. They were well wrapped and protected during shipping. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice. They came very quickly which really mattered because we are having family next weekend. I could not be happier. The chairs are a sturdy steel construction and will last much longer than wood.
