We had a great experience at Cinderella’s shopping for a prom dress. Sabrina first listened carefully to what we had in mind: color, fit, and other details we had thought about. She was cheery and confident in her skills, bringing us right over to a dress that ultimately was ‘the one.’ My daughter was in love with it as soon as Sabrina had the back laced up and zipped. They humored me as I had found two more to try on, but the first one that Sabrina had found was the best. She definitely knew exactly what was available and where to go when we first spoke. She made the prom dress shopping experience EASY!!! While we hadn’t driven the 5.5 hours specifically for dress shopping, we would do it again for the wonderful experience we had here!

Walked in on a whim with my mom, just to take a look and oh my goodness!! Walked out with such a gorgeous dress that I didn't think I was even going to get. Originally I already had a dress set aside at home but I just had to say yes, and the associate was absolutely incredible. Sabrina (I believe that was her name) was so incredibly helpful and kind, she made me feel so good about myself and even helped find the beads to my late grandmother's necklace which had broken mid-store and gave me a little bag to not lose the rest of it. Thank you so so much🫶

Update: In response to your comment about it being a store policy that's posted, why is it then, that there are other reviews on here WITH PHOTOS? I don't see you commenting on their reviews that they are in violation of your stores policy for taking photos of the dresses in your store. Seems as though you pick and choose when to enforce your "policy". Very unprofessional. Also, as far as mentioning a store to go to that's far superior than yours in my review, yes, it is warranted. That's the purpose of a reviews...to help others by sharing an experience. All I can say is, do better.

Original Post: If you're planning a special shopping day to find the perfect dress, do not go here. Here are a few things you should know. First of all, this store is not listed on the directory at the Florida Mall, so unless you walk the entire mall, you will not know it's location. You can try looking on Google, but that will just lead you to a sports store. Second, you are not allowed to pre-select the dresses you would like to try on. You have to remember the location of the 3 to 4 dresses (max), that you would like to try on, then wait for a rep to notice you standing there (or in our case, wait 10 minutes before finding a rep yourself and letting them know you're ready) and waking them to the dresses you'd like to try so that they can take them to the dressing room. Ok...not too bad but here's the kicker: you are absolutely not allowed to take a photo of the dress. The problem is that if a grandparent that is out of state wants to buy the $600+ dress as a gift, I cannot take a photo of my daughter in the dresses to have her partake in the experience and help choose the dress. I wasn't aware of this policy and when my daughter came out of the dressing room, I took a photo, only to get yelled at in front of all the other customers that photos or videos are not allowed. This was embarrassing and unnecessary. Perhaps it's because some of the dresses are samples that have rips in them? Either way, this is a ridiculous policy and topped with mediocre customer service. We ended up leaving and going to a different mall to So Sweet Boutique where we had a WONDERFUL experience. The personalisation, customer service and attention to detail at So Sweet Boutique is far superior and I highly recommend you stop there first before wasting your time at Cinderella's Dresses.

My family and my granddaughters best friend went here for their sweet 16 dresses. We both had appointments. We were told the girls couldn't try on the ballroom gowns because our appointment didn't stipulate "ballroom dresses" in the app. However, there is no option in the app to do so. The drop down menu was used and "sweet 16" was selected. I had been to the store prior and was told to make an appointment, which my daughter did. The other family had driven from Ft. Lauderdale and had an appointment as well. The manager insisted we make another appointment. Such a waste of time. We left and found another dress store in the same Mall and ended up purchasing 4 dresses elsewhere. I don't understand what the so called managers issue was when we clearly had appointments for each girl. I wouldn't recommend this store. Poor customer service, ridiculous rules and the dresses are overpriced.
Update: Wow, the lack of professionalism of this shop is definitely showing by responding with a blatant lie! My daughter booked the appointments as she showed it on the App. (See attached) Each girl was there on time actually making my granddaughter early! I came in later by myself while the dresses were being pulled. How did you know what the budget was or if we had one? There's no option to enter a budget on the App. I didn't know what the other family's budget was but I didn't set one. I did tell the manager, after she insisted we make another appointment to try the ballroom gowns that I was the one paying for my granddaughter's dress and I wasn't going to spend my money their since she wanted to inconvenience us and not render the service during this appointment. One of my daughters expressed the same out of frustration with the manager. I explained nicely, that the other family had driven up from Ft. Lauderdale so the girls could dress shop together and the manager still insisted we make another appointment. No worries, both girls got their dresses from Windsor and they were able to take as much time as necessary, tried on as many dresses as they wanted with no appointment necessary. I gave them a 5 star review which was well deserved.

The people that work at this place are the sweetest! This is my second time getting a dress from here and I always feel like a princess with all the help I got. Emily was the one that helped me out and she was so sweet! One thing that I found really cool was when you get your dress, you tell them your name and school so when someone from the same school wants the dress they let them know that you already purchased it. I definitely will be coming here again!

What a great experience! The employee was so kind, patient and awesome! They were able to help me find my prom dress and after a while of waiting and searching, I was able to find the perfect dress with the help of my consultants. She gave great advice and was such an amazing help. I would highly recommend this boutique for dresses of any occasion and I am so very greatful for the staff that helped me! Thank you!
