My favorite pet store to go to. The manager is very knowledgeable. Large variety of salt and fresh water fish all kept in good size tanks unlike most pet stores. And I love that they go out of their way to special order fish and are very reliable on price.

I frequent Cindi's for my turtle supplies, feeder fish and aquarium plants. They've been very helpful the store is kept clean, the animals, fish and birds all are healthy. They are a small privately owned pet store and can be a little more expensive but it's worth it. I've experienced terrible customer service at chain pet store and very displeased with cages and tanks especially beta fish. One person working in the store with seriously bad attitude will only go to Cindi's now 😊

Would leave zero stars if possible. Thinking of buying anything fish related don't even bother. Corals are I N F E S T E D with pests. Even after dipping the corals there's just more and more and more. We ended up having to destroy the coral. When brought to their attention their excuse was they simply didnt know they had pests and then offered no refund or replacement for the infected coral.. more fish stores i know are honorable and will work with you if you can provide evidence which we have offered. I now have to treat my entire tank and hope none of my corals and or fish die. This pet store has pretty bad rap around Vero Beach and honestly it deserves it. The conditions of the pets and everything in between is absolutely disgusting. This establishment needs to be investigated. If you’re going to sell living creatures—it shouldn’t matter if they’re coral, fish or bunnies etc. you should care and treat for those creatures if that’s the business you’ve chosen. They can argue back and forth with customers on google reviews all they want but go for yourself and see the conditions. The smell. The grunge. Horrible. Will not be returning and will be passing this along to the animal forums and communities in the area. Please save your tanks the trouble and your fish and don’t purchase here out of risk for your babies at home.

It’s a perfect run LOCAL BUSINESS. That offers more than all the superstores in the tri county area. I appreciate all the information the staff provides. Caveat I now own a bearded dragon, tarantula, 2 dogs who identify as puppy’s, three cats and a beautiful ball python. My kids lives would never have been as enriched if it weren’t for the wonderful staff at Cindi’s. Thank you from all of us.

One of the very few privately owned pet stores left in the Tri-County area. It is a small store if they maintain a decent selection. Pricing is a very competitive. I have shop there many times over many years I've seen some different faces, bad I've always had a positive experience

A classic neighborhood pet store, well stocked with knowledge staff. I take my macaw there for pedicures, wing and beak trim as needed...😀
