I was saddened. I placed and paid for order online for store pickup. Pickup should have only taken 3 minutes, there were no customers in store. The cashier looked at me, like I didn't belong there.
I showed her my receipt and explained that I was here to pick up order. She told someone. I walked around the store. After 15 mins, I asked, what was the problem. She said they are looking for your order in the back. I walked around some more, I saw the pants, I purchased, on the rack. Ten mins later, another person comes from the back with this handheld device walking thru the store. After 5 mins, I asked, what was the problem. She said, I can't find your item. I said, I saw it in the back. We go to the item, she scans it and says. It doesn't look like the picture. I said, it comes in 2 colors. Your store has the brown, not the tan. She takes the item to the front, prints out my receipt, then says. Sorry about that. I was in the store at least 35 minutes, no other customers ever came in. The workers were NOT as professional as I would have liked. I would have appreciated a greeting or smile. The original cashier, gave me the impression that I should not be shopping there. Her skin color was the same as mine, even though I am older. I am an educated woman, but it does not take much to recognize poor professionalism and training.

Supply has been limited everywhere after covid, but the little girl with the Lion eyes has great customer service skills. She'll be managing very fast if she choose to stay in that line of work. Sure she'll be successful with whatever she chooses in life!
