I would like to thank the Pasco Fire Department for their incredible help and professionalism. I locked the keys to my car while still on, with my two dogs inside. A nice lady that was at the park called the Fire department for me. They got there and opened my car door within 5 minutes. You guys are angels. Thank you! Cut off multiple times in traffic by engine 41 6/23/23 6pm, no lights no siren, no care for anyone around them. Guess anyone can get in these trucks an drive them now a days with no care for anyone on the road

I am visiting my Granddaughter here in Port Richey. They have a Christmas Eve Block Party. The Fire Dept. comes by and blows their sirens and throws out candy canes to the children. Then an hour later, The Fire Truck and Rescue truck came back. The sirens blaring, they stop and pull out toys, toys,and more toys for the children on the block. It was so beautiful watching these children, there eyes bright with happiness. (Mine with tears). The Port Richey Fire Dept along with the Police Dept. know how to do it right. God Bless you all for taking the time to make children happy! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Joe Russo, the EMT/"movie director" needs to be fired.
He tortured me for 20 minutes in the back of his ambulance. Laughing in my face while I suffered from sever chest pains, and thought I was having a stoke/heart attack. I hope nobody ever has to go through what I did.

Very unprofessional when they respond to seizure calls or epilepsy instead they try to force you to a hospital that I didn't want to go to told a lie said they were on by pass or divert I called them again after I signed a refusal the first time.... which was why I called northbay they WERE NOT ON AMBULANCE BYPASS
