Clifton Mercedes is an independent repair facility, however they occasionally do sell cars under very specific circumstances.

I was the recipient of such a car, a beautiful SL 55 AMG which they’ve been servicing for over a decade.

I bought the car and had a very pleasant experience, which means a lot given how many cars I’ve purchased over the years. I bought the car used, and without any warranty which is always the case with used vehicles.

Upon delivery, the car developed a check engine light and I called the shop about it. Instead of telling me that it’s not their issue, they went above and beyond to resolve the problem at their expense.

Given I was 70 miles from the shop, they took it upon theirselves to come pick the car up, repair it, and then bring it back to me. I’m truly impressed by the abundance of expertise and attention to detail, most importantly the customer care this shop delivers.

Take your Benz here, you won’t regret it. I’m making the 70 mile hike each way for all my future maintenance needs. Period.

Clifton Mercedes seems a good place to repair my car. I brought my SLK on January 12th due to an oil leaking problem and so far I'm happy with the results. the advisor was competent and kind, he explained what was done to my car well, following my explanation of problems I was experiencing with my car, price was reasonable, I appreciate the honesty, the facility is nice, clean organized and makes you feel comfortable for good results in vehicle care. It was my first time at Clifton’s, I am impressed with the quality of their services, if all goes well after the repair of my car, time will strengthen our business relationship!

Could not be happier with their service! We had a decent bit of work done on our 2013 GL450 a couple months ago before moving to the east coast: CV boot replacement, transfer case fluid service, rear differential fluid service, serpentine belt and idler pulley replaced, camshaft position sensors replaced, spark plugs replaced, brake fluid and reservoir replaced, HVAC blower motor + resistor replaced, cabin charcoal filter replaced, right air intake tube replaced. Adam and the team know their stuff and are Mercedes experts - definitely give them a call!

Clifton services both of our Mercedes. They are extremely friendly and professional. Work is done quickly and cleanly. They are happy to answer any questions and explain the work being done.

I don't think there is a better place to take our cars and I will continue to use them as long as we own our cars.

Just got my car back, spoke with Ryan through the whole process. Dropped off last night and they had it ready by lunch time the next day. Great work and very efficient. Pricing was very fair. Didn't push extra work that was not necessary. Very thorough explanations of everything that was done. Can't be more pleased with their business. First time and not the last one for me. These guys are fantastic compared to the MB dealerships out there, the MB dealers not only have horrible service but the charge you a lot of money. Clifton is different they were honest much cheaper and very professional. i sincerely recommend Clifton to service your Mercedes Benz vehicles.
