I came at 7 when online says they close at 8. Their door outside says they close at 7:30 and then their doors were locked. I called and the associate rudely said they havent updated the hours yet. How can you not update hours on your door outside.

I just want to let people know that this store is horrible! Don’t waste your time and money on cheap quality, I went about two weeks ago to buy some sandals and I found these and thought they were so nice for a wedding I had to attend. I only wore them after I got tired of my heels and I only wore them for about 1 hour and I was sitting the quality was so bad and the sandals came apart. They have rude workers with a big attitude. First and last time I come to this place and I wanted all you to know because it’s a waste of money. I called and the girl was being so rude, they said they were not going to do anything about there cheap material . THESE ARE THE KIND OF STORES THAT SELL CHEAP QUALITY AND SAY ITS FINAL SELL ALL THE TIME JUST TO IGNORE THERE POOR Quality THAT THEY OVER PRICE!

Got here at 930 online it says opens up at 8.there was other people waiting as well. Walk to the door it was close and the sign on the door says 11am. The girls walked by didn't say anything just open door and walked it. Go in and walked around for 10 mins and the lady's are behind the counter talking about personal stuff and there was ppl standing there waiting to be helped. Well this store needs to change hours on the web if not going to be open until later. And at less say hi to ppl when they come in.

Extremely horrible customer service, I would never suggest anyone to go there. My husband got a gift for me and unfortunately he bought it from this store and asked if we can exchange in case it doesn't fit, they said yes for 1 time even exchange its ok. When I tried that dress it doesn't fit me well. I went there for exchange and explain the reason to them, but they was so unprofessional and they just put the whole blame on my husband for buying that dress from their store. I even told them that I could buy something for more price so that I could atleast use it in future. But the girls was so rude, I asked for their names and manager; and they were like that's not in our policy to tell the names and we both are the managers.

Okay let me be honest I was looking for a very specific type of dress they have amazing dresses but I'm short and on the fuller side they really don't have selection for bigger girls the biggest size is a Large or 12.. so I felt secluded I only found 2 dresses my size and luckily one of them was the color I needed. The workers made me feel really uncomfortable and where not helpful at all...

Everything was great! I took my daughter here this evening to find her a dress for her sweet 16. Found one. No issues. Got to the register, paid for the dress, and 2 pair of leggings. Also got her a little bracelet and myself a pack of silver toe rings. Lastly, they had some cute toe rings at the counter while she was checking me out. I asked how much. They were $3.99. I got one. Gave it to her to ring up. Anyhow I got in the car, drove to old navy. Was at old navy for about an hour looking for an outfit for my son. Then we left. Got home, and as we're in the driveway, I told my daughter to please hand me that toe ring in the bag. It was very small, so I wanted to get it now so I could put it on so it doesn't get lost. Ughhhhh, the cashier never put it in the bag!!!! FML... So irritating. I even checked the bracelet bag and larger toe ring bag to see if maybe she had stuck it in there so it wouldn't get lost. Nope! Lastly, I checked my reciept to see if I was charged for it. I was. Unfortunately, when I left old navy, it was to late to drive back. They were already closed.
