The store is so organized! We can find everything you need for women’s clothes and accessories ! The have a really good selection of items!! And the staff is amazing too! I really enjoyed!!

I purposely called this morning to find out how the whole get paid on the spot thing worked. First, you don’t get paid on the spot so you should cease using that as a marketing point. Second, I arrive only to be told THEN that I can’t bring items in a suitcase. Not sure what difference that makes but if you have SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS, then you yourself should PROVIDE them. I intentionally called so that I was in adherence only to discover I was supposed to have mentioned to her I was bringing them in a suitcase. Not sure how a customer is to read minds. The most unfortunate thing, however, is you couldn’t even bring yourself to an apology. Very poor customer service all around. Apologies and kindness, excellent and clear (and timely) communication cost nothing. Enjoy your holiday!

What I want to say about this place, is that I see a need for improvement. Out of all the staff, only the short, thin woman with the dark hair acted like she wanted to help me.

The associate I struggle with the most, is the tall-ish woman with the curly hair and the glasses. She just never treated me like I was anything to her. Yes, a few polite words, she’s not horrific, but she made me feel sad. Depressed. Like I’m annoying. Like I don’t matter. It doesn’t matter who walks in that door, treat them like a customer, whether they made a mistake or not. You made me depressed for a couple hours! You! You did that! Work on your intersections. You have no idea how customers will feel later. I’m a human being! Ugh.

If Google had a Negative Star, I would have clicked on that for this business. My wife visited the store today and a rude, condescending, racist named TRACY (who never greeted her) started barking orders at her to "REMOVE the HANGERS," and questioned why the items were not in a "BAG"? My wife responded and said she did not know that was required AND went to the store's website prior to her visit to see what the parameters were. Tracy's sharp response was; "I don't care what the website says and I have nothing to do with the website." Then yelled : "Don't put your stuff on that counter because that's my workstation", offering no option for the items that my wife brought in. My wife used the floor to remove all the hangers from the clothes and had them neatly arranged in a bin. Once finished Tracy told her to put the bin on the counter. My wife could not do this due to a debilitating shoulder injury a few months ago leaving her partially disabled and explained this to her. Tracy said :"Next time, bring someone with you to do this". Wow! Beyond words. The absolutely disregard for courtesy and offensive attitude towards customers make me wonder how they stay in business? While my wife was there, she noticed that she did greet other customers who entered the store. We later went back to the store's website and noticed numerous comments of discrimination and racist actions reported by various other customers concerning Tracy. Had we seen this previously, we would have never visited the store. After 50 years of living in Florida, my educated, kind and patient wife has never been treated like this by any business.
