We had the most horrible experience with this store. We had purchased a beautiful and expensive reclining sectional couch. When it was delivered, one of the reclining chairs would not fully recline. In addition, one is the charging stations and lights on the couch was not working and there was a small cut in the leather.

We immediately called the store since the delivery guy has advised us to do so in order to get a replacement couch. The owner of the store told us that the couch was not in stock but they would call us in about a month when it had arrived. They never called back. When I called back to inquire about it we got the run around over and over. We call several times over many months trying desperately to get our situation resolved. We never received the replacement couch and when I told them I would seek a attorney to resolve the situation they hung up the phone on me.

This store is only interested in making money and has ZERO regard for any type of customer service after they have received their money. I am highly surprised that they are still in business because they treat customers like absolute dirt.

Please avoid this store when buying furniture. There are many other places who actually care about their customers!

Horrible service!!! I ordered mirrors Feb 1st and was told I would get my mirrors in March. No mirrors no communication. I called a 1000 times nothing, when they finally responded was always a “we will get back to you.” I paid over $1000 dollars and no communication. I yelled screamed on the phone and no one ever called back to do a follow up. I called today May 11th and demanded my money back after I had been asked weeks ago if I would like a refund. I loved the mirrors on instagram and hope I’ll find them elsewhere. But I will NEVER order from this place.

If I could give them 0 stars I would do it. First worst customer service ever. 2nd the worst products in the world. I bought something base on the picture they have in the computer and what I got was something completely different. They don't have return policy. Their employees don't care about their clients. The furniture after two months started to break. I went to the store looking for solutions and they don't care. I ended loosing my money. Stay away from this business and if you need anything just go to a place with reputation where you get warranty.

If i could give them a ZERO I WOULD. All my furniture came broken and with missing pc very cheap quality. They didn't like it when we complained about our furniture. We waited 2 weeks and now have no furniture. They blamed the delivery boys to wash their hands, that the boys didn't know what they were doing. They threw they employees under the bus. Now they have the nerve to say they didn't want us as clients because we didnt want broken furniture. WE WOULD Call and they would hang up on us and on the delivery boys. Horrible customer service, horrible furniture quality horrible manager By the name of Andrea horrible sales person by the name of Claudia. 500% horrible company. Our experience was the worst ever. Thats why you must go to city furniture or El Dorado and spend money for high quality furniture. These stores are mickey mouse cheap quality that it shows when furniture is delivered. BADDDDD COMPANY....

Be aware!!! This store is overpriced and sells defective items. The owners not only lack customer service but also have little to no concern regarding the expensive poor quality products they are selling.
I do not recommend doing business with them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! PLS don’t waste your money buying in that store! Bad quality, bad service, bad customer service after you pay the furnitures.. they don’t care about the customers as soon you have paid for your furniture… BE AWARE PEOPLE!! If you want to return something they will keep the 35% of the purchase no matter what!!!

Great customer service, Yosly and Chabely were very attentive and went the extra mile to help us. We came 30 minutes before closing and they stay with us even after hours helping us to chose the furniture, always smiling and with great attitude.

The furniture is really modern and beautiful. Great sales representative, her name is Leyba make sure you go to her. she walk me through everything and make sure I got my products with no problems beautiful products.
