Coggin Hyundai- I purchased a new 2024 Santa Fe. The car is fantastic just like all of the reviews I read prior to purchasing. I would really like this review to focus on the team at Coggin Hyundai and how great they were for the whole process. I used the chat feature to make sure the car I wanted was still available and Julio answered very quickly and reassured me that it is still available and he would be there for me when I was coming in. He met me I the showroom and he is the type of person that immediately makes you feel like you are appreciated and really welcomed. His genuine nature is open, friendly. He was super knowledgeable of the car and we did a great test drive of the two vehicles I was interested in-same car just different colors. Julio made me feel right at home and I made the decision and the pricing on the website made the process easy. I then worked with Cooper for the financing and it was the easiest purchase I have ever made. Cooper is super friendly and was a pleasure to work with. It was the best experience for purchasing a car that I have ever had. After my purchase , I got calls a couple of days later from Julio and Cooper to check and make sure if there was anything . I had no issues and love the car and really appreciated them reaching back out for any questions or any needs . This dealership is a local dealership meaning it’s not some conglomerate dealership and felt more home town. I highly recommend this team to take care of f you. The back story that got me to purchase my car here is that I had used the service department for my 2023 palisade and Shane at the service desk is just the best to work with and it made me think this is where my next purchase here because the service department is fantastic also. So thank you Shane for helping me in the service department and help me buy my next car by just your quality service.

My visit at the Deland Hyundai dealership was one of the first experiences where I felt that my time there was valued. Before heading there I mentioned to the Sales rep that reached out to me prior, Luis, that I felt pretty hopeless and and disappointed to say the least with my other experiences from different dealerships with trading in my car. From the start he was patient and transparent with me about the whole process and kind to my feelings on finding a car that’s best fit for me. Everyone there was helpful. I truly appreciate the time they took with me and trading in my car. I got a great deal out of it and I can truly say this will be somewhere where I will be returning for any future cars. Wow!!🤩 What an amazing car purchasing experience. Jack was No pressure, listened to what I wanted and found me the perfect car, and perfect price I was looking for. Jack made me feel at home and even had a few laughs in the process. Which of course calmed my nerves. Then to top it off Robins in the finance office had me laughing and took all the anxiety right out of signing the paperwork at the end. Went to Deland Hyundai knowing what car I wanted exactly , and what trim. I had Pete for sales he was absolutely amazing. they did not have the trim I wanted there , so Pete went and got the car for me and brought it to me the same day! I have a Santa Fe and I am absolutely in love with it! Pete has been able to answer every question I have and if it was an emergency I could call him anytime. I bought a car last year here and drove it only for 20,000 miles, that was not a old one (2018) but my car leaking the oil and when I tried to figure it out they charged me $6,000. There was no accident and I had it serviced on time, but there was a big problem. They sell uncertified used cars. There is no need to pay expensive dealer ship fees. They just a sell without any guarantees.

I came to this location just to look at the inventory because we were looking to buy a new car soon. Our salesman was very nice, he wasn’t pushy or sleazy like most dealerships, it was a breath of fresh air. We ended up leaving with a brand new 2025 Hyundai and I’m in love with it!
