I usually don’t provide reviews, but I’m sharing this because I believe you have a compelling product, and I want to see you succeed. Having worked in retail for over 10 years, primarily in customer service, I trained my team to view feedback and returns as opportunities to improve. Customers who don't provide feedback will never return and never offer you a referral, so you have to get it right at least the 2nd time. Unfortunately, during my recent experience, there were several areas where things fell short:
1. Store Hours Mismatch
I flew into Chicago and decided to visit your store. Your posted weekday hours indicated an 8:00 PM closing time. However, when I arrived at 7:10 PM, the store was already closed. To make matters worse, your website still reflects the incorrect closing time of 8:00 PM. When I mentioned this to a clerk the next day, the response was dismissive: ā€œInaccurate information on the website wouldn’t change.ā€ That’s a concerning response.
2. Late Opening
I made the effort to return the next day at 10:00 AM, but the clerk that works at the store didn’t arrive until 10:20 AM.
3. Excessive Email Solicitations
From a corporate perspective, the volume of email solicitations is overwhelming—daily emails (Yes, they were daily) are excessive. While this seems to have decreased over the last week, it’s worth noting.

To succeed, you need to be "brilliant at the basics". Without that, both your store and product will fail. Despite these issues, I still spent over $400 on a blazer and polo. I am currently evaluating their quality, durability, and lack of wrinkles, especially the blazer.

Similar experience to the other comments here.
Extremely poor customer service and unwillingness to allow me to purchase without providing phone number and email.
I think it is ludicrous that you're unable to do business at a place that without providing all your personal details.

In terms of their selection, they had a modest selection with a couple of interesting items. Their sweaters appeared very soft and fit nicely on a medium frame.
I do have some concerns regarding quality and longevity of the fabric, but all in all looks very nice.

I ended up declining to purchase at this establishment due to not only the poor customer service but the fact that I would have to divulge my personal information.
I do not recommend going here

My mother & I were in town Chicago to do some holiday shopping. The sales woman was very rude from the get go. We were trying to buy a polo and the saleswoman asked for an email, which we declined to provide. She refused to service us or allow us to make a purchase without providing it. We asked if we could pay cash & she said we couldn’t. We didn’t see any sort of signage that the store was cashless and that their policy was that you had to provide a name and email to make a purchase. She continued to be disrespectful & rude. We decided to go to Nordstrom next door instead to holiday shop.

Visiting Chicago on a work trip was my first time wearing my Maverick performance blazer. Thought it might be a bit short in the sleeve, and happened to pass by the store, so I popped in to ask about fit. Walked out understanding the collar designs so much more, and a new Kennebunkport sweater to keep me warm for my last day in the city. I hear more stores are coming and (fingers crossed) make it to Texas!

Watched the shark tank episode with great interest and was always curious about the brand. Found the Chicago store serendipitously while at a conference. Amazed by the quality and look of polos and merino 1/4 zips and bought 3 things. Since I live overseas buying online without understanding the sizing was hard but now i can continue online if needed until more physical Collars & Co stores pop up

Huge fan of Collars & Co even before the Shark Tank explosion into mainstream; in fact I’ve purchase 8-9 different colors (you can do the math)!

That said, quality has suffered dramatically in fact a top button fell off before I even wore the short. Stitching around all the buttons, the label and the buttons themselves is not equivalent to the price or overall quality of the shirt.
Collars & Co @collarsandcoclothing pls address the quality control issues in production as I’d like to remain a loyal customer again and continue sharing my shirt story to all that ask as the overall design and material is the best in the game.

Update (from 2.5 to 5 Stars) Finally found the time and access into Collars & Co and could not be more pleased with the results. Reached out via LinkedIn and got a response back from the office of the Founder & CEO within minutes and replaced the two damages shirts - no questions asked. I have the white one on today, so no pics of that.

Well done Collars & Co. and I will gladly continue to be a walking billboard of this fantastic designed shirt!

Had a great shopping experience with Scott on 7/23. I had promised Grace at the store from a previous visit in May that I'd come back (thanks to her) and was finally able to return and purchase some shirts. Looking forward to getting to wear them!

The clerk on 12/28 was the rudest! Was taping her feet 4 minutes before close and told us ā€œwe close in like a minute soā€¦ā€. We just said ok and walked out!

She needs to be fired!
