We have had several instances of poor preparation of compounds. It has been mostly antibiotic compounds. In two occasions, they under delivered the amount of prescribed antibiotic by several days (several milliliters off). This last time the compound was clearly thicker than it has ever been. It was so sludgy we could hardly use the dispensing syringe to get it.
They used to be pretty reliable but not lately. We're permanently changing pharmacy.

Absolutely phenomenal experience! I grew up in the 90s in a small town with a local pharmacy and I've missed those days. The experience here was so much better than I've had in years. The staff were all so helpful and there was no feeling of being rushed out the door.

I was told by my providers office on 8/8 that they have talked to them and they were working on it. Didn’t mail my hormone cream until 8/17. No mail notification it was sent and now it’s liquid. When I call they can’t tell me if it is affected by heat. Extremely frustrating.

Colliers Drug Willow Creek, has the best staff in the area. Having your personal pharmacist to understand your medical history and can answer all of your questions about your medication. The great thing about Collier is that they deliver! Yes, they will deliver your medication to your front door. Not only great service and friendly staff but service to your front door as well which is wonderful when you're not feeling well!
