OK....this place is AMAZING! You have a beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood (just 1 block from the main road) for the price of a hotel room. The rooms are easy to access, spotless, and well supplied. The kitchen had every thing we needed to make meals and a great assortment of coffee and teas. Expect to love it!

If I could give more stars I would. Absolutely perfect. I don't know why I would ever stay anywhere else in Palmer.
They communicated with me throughout my stay to make sure everything was just right, which it was. The apartment/condo was adorable and extremely well cleaned. The shower had hot water and great pressure. The washer and dryer in our room was a huge godsend. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were so fluffy. I was really impressed. The livingroom had comfy couches and a good size tv. The full size kitchen with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, were a real treat from the normal hotel sized mini everything. The views are beyond words, stunning doesn't even come close.
Stay here! You won't be disappointed!

This place was amazing! It was such beautiful lodging for our family of 4. It really made our vacation feel like a vacation. We stayed here the night before our hike at Matanuska Glacier and it was an hour drive from the suites. I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for lodging that makes you feel like your on vacation.

This is the nicest place we have stayed in Alaska throughout our travels in the state. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with all the amenities and beautiful design features. Really a treat to soak in a big bathtub, have big screen tv and a well appointed kitchen. Thank you for the wonderful communication, too. Will recommend to all my friends coming through town. Its a great place to stop on the way from the Kenai Peninsula to Denali.

What a delightful surprise when we checked into our suite at Colony Suites! It is clean, shiny and very modern in its amenities. Kyle was a superstar in getting us settled for an important Zoom call. We would highly recommend staying here if you are in Palmer Alaska!!

This lovely condo was the nicest place we stayed in on our extended trip to Alaska. Cabins are fine, but sometimes one needs a clean, bright, modern spacious place to stay and this place meets all of these expectations.

Look no further, this is the place to stay while in Palmer. I've never stayed in a place this nice. Everything was spotless and equipped with what we needed. Even washer and dryer. I wish I could find more places like this for the cost. Thank you for making check in so easy.
