It’s the first time I ever visited. I went with my mother and 3 year old daughter. When we came in there were 3 workers by the register but as we looked around, the workers followed us around the shop to make sure we weren’t stealing anything. It was to the point we felt so uncomfortable that we decided to just leave with the few items we had. It’s a shame, we wanted to buy more but was weirded out by one of the employees standing behind us the whole time. Guys if stealing is a big problem at this store then buy security cameras. We definitely didn’t feel welcomed at this store and won’t shop here again.

As a husband of a Colombian, this place has a whole aisle of colombian things and also colombian sodas and beers. Frozen items and fresh juice pulps. There is another Colombian restaurant/store but this place is better for buying things. Way more things to chose from.The other place is better as a restaurant. The staff has always been so friendly to me. Great people.

Every time I have sent money at this place the girl has “forgotten” to send the paperwork. Yesterday I went again to send money. My family members are in Central America and it’s a 3 hour drive for them. Imagine the disappointment and inconvenience to show up and them send you back home because no forms have been sent by them. Attempting to call them is a joke. They answer the phone and purposely don’t hang up so that if you call back they can’t get through. I called the direct number to customer service for the bank and they themselves told me this place is notoriously for this!! So since I’m at work and couldn’t go back to the store my husband went and guess what ZERO customers and just them sitting there chatting away. They knew they didn’t hang up the phone because when we called them out on it they just laughed about!!! Definitely won’t be going back!

I was looking for products to make Tapioca, a brazilian dish and someone from the company saw my post on a Brazilian group on fb and sent me pictures of the produts they had. I left with what I went to buy, plus other Brazilian products such as picanha, queijo coalho, lots of chocolate, polpas de frutas e guarana. I like to support this business instead of great retailers because they do offer more variety and can serve us better. I recommend this place.

They carry Presidente and Medalla Light as a boricua in Arizona this place is the only place I buy beer 5 stars for being the only place to carry either beer
