Spent 3 days in the emergency room!
4 weeks non functioning appliances!
Cody, the assistant manager, today tells me it's not their fault that the warehouse is incompetent, but yet I paid this store for the delivery and installation, which they failed to provide.
My 80 year old mom is without the use of a washer and fridge, which she paid top money for. I'm so frustrated I can't even speak.
Today, I was told to contact the manufacturer for the parts that I paid to have installed. My first review was erased.
My mother's name is Armonese, and these folks have robbed us blind.
Don't be a victim. Run don't walk!

My husband and I came into this location to look for new furniture. We told them from the beginning we were not going to commit to anything that day, we were just looking at options. The sales associate tried to pressure us into ordering something and stated if we changed our mind we could cancel it and get a refund. We ended up leaving and a couple days later the sales associate had the audacity to text me from her PERSONAL phone! I will NEVER step foot in that place again and highly recommend not providing any personal information for anything.

So far I say I’m very impressed with Conn’s. I actually went in there to go look around just to get an idea of what the store is really about since I’m always offered credit card offers from them. I went to the store and directly went to the TVs and found the TV that I liked. The young lady helped me find a bigger version of the TV that I wanted, and she was excellent. I decided I wanted to purchase the TV that she helped me find. I was very impressed with all her help. I also decided to move forward with Credit. I was instantly approved for $10,000 which was mind blowing. I decided to use my credit on my first purchase. Like I said, I am very impressed already With Conn’s

Your Bradenton store 272 Management and staff deserves so much more than a menial 10 the effort and work Davoun Brown, Roxy, and Sierra Adams gave us the best customer service we have received in a very long time. Their professional courtesy in ensuring the C.A.R.E motto was applied throughout this 3 day process. They overcame every obstacle your Conns Credit and Cons Merchandise support created for them to include being disrepectul and very unsupportive to them while their working with us for 3 to 4 consecutive days in which we drove from St.Pete to Cons home plus store #272 paying $12 in tolls because you will never find a team of individuals that their least concerned was the sale and more on us being taken care of.in all my experience in the furniture business which 15+ years it is so wonderful to see and experience. My first thought was to bad mouth the bad experience created by your merchandising and Credit department's in their unprofessional behavior. Then it became very clear that Store #272 and the afore mentoned group and the management staff are far to outstanding to be over shadowed by the bad apples of your company. So THANK YOU STORE 272 we're part of the family now. For those that don't know the C.A.R.E. Motto:

Bri was incredibly helpful to me and my boyfriend. I needed a Christmas gift for him and she went out of her way to contact me when one came available. Incredible follow through. The whole staff is so helpful. I’ll be back!!

I have had numerous issues with this furniture store. Conns hires contractors to deliver their items, and they do not communicate or vouch for the contractors. I gave the two men that delivered my brand new LG washer dryer a $100 tip for getting it up the stairs, and when I went to use the dryer later on it did not even work. Again, Conns will not take responsibility for their shoddy delivery and installmen.

Needed a kit to stack a washer and dryer. Bought the kit and paid for delivery. No confirmation or delivery ever took place. So when they don't do the little things you don't get the big purchases. We probably won't ever make any other attempts at this or any other items you sell.

My fiancé and I went in looking for a new bedroom set. We were immediately greeted upon entry, and then were given time to look around. Sierra helped us when we were ready, and went above and beyond to get us taken care of. Her supervisor and manager both helped out with questions, and when a highly wanted item was not in stock! They made it happen! Process was seamless, and enjoyable. 10/10 recommend Sierra and her team at Conn’s!!!
