Diabetic waiting for labs and is fasting and it's 11:30 and Dr. Cuña personally walked him over to the lab department and told the staff and my husband is still waiting. I understand they are short handed today and that other patients are waiting, but he is not a patient where fasting for 12 hours is not a problem and every patient waiting is not a diabetic fasting for 12+ hours. Good work guys. Still waiting.

Always an issue with transportation in Jacksonville FL. The csll center needs to get it together and stop changing pickup times for us patients. This has to stop. Many of us are tired of being stuck at a drs office until late afternoon.

If I could give it no stars, I would.
The transportation logistics at CONVIVA 9740 SW 40th Street is terrible. No fault of chauffeurs. Each center should have their buses and chauffeurs like before CONVIVA took over. It's abusive to have patients travel from one end of the county to the other. That is not healthy for anyone, let alone for seniors. Totally inappropriate. When you complain, administration says transportation is good.

Terrible customer service! Since Conviva took over, our contract and payments have been an issue - every month!! I am currently ON HOLD with their corporate office and the timer shows over 25 mins. No one has come back to say anything! I'm simply look for our account rep, Jennifer for answers (and to change reps)! She also ignores all emails and calls from myself and our physicians. This is terrible service!

I had never had any problems with payments in all the years I've worked with Humana until Conviva bought into the company. Ever since conviva came in the company and it's ethics and values have gone down, I'm a contractor and payment to us contractors is always inconsistent and never on time, at one point they owed us over a month an a half pay. Sad to say that even though we thought it had fixed the issues it went back to it's usual careless treatment of it's contractors. If you are looking to offer your services to this company I recommend you look elsewhere. They do not hold employees and or contractors with the due respect they deserve.

My husband and i use the lakeworth florida facility. We would like to commend Lee Epstein, our doctor, and his assistany yammi. His quick thinking last week virtually saved my husband's life. We highly recommend this doctor and this facilty.
