EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AC went out Memorial Day weekend. Called Cool-Tech and didn't expect to hear from them until Monday but Michelle called us and said someone would be out the following day. They added freon and installed a new compressor to get our 10+ year old Coleman unit working but it had a leak. They installed a Trane AC and furnace in about 3 1/2 hours just a few days later. We have used Cool-Tech for maintainence for several years and after this experience will definitely continue to use them. You will not find a more caring, confident, customer service oriented HVAC company. Thank you Cool-Tech!

Update on 7/17/23 - Had a few parts on one of our AC systems go bad and, once again, CoolTech took care of things. One part was hard to track down but they did and things are fine now. Everyone involved did a great job. Many thanks!

The company advertises 24/7. They were highly recommended. Called them on a Saturday afternoon, left message with a answering service. Got a call back about 30 minutes later. The response basically was they can't come out till Monday. thought you guys advertised 24/7 service. Well its not really 24/7 but we can call you back Monday and make an appointment for next week. Apparently this company doesn't know what 24/7 means or they are just falsely advertising and they don't know what emergency service is. If I wanted to wait till next week I could just make an appointment with someone local. Makes me wonder just how competent this company really is.

Basically to get 24/7 service you have to pay them a monthly or yearly fee. You came highly recommended. I informed that person of your response. You will no longer be recommended by them
