This is your typical airport souvenir shop. You'll find t-shirts, hoodies, candy, as well as other snacks and beverages, books and magazines, and souvenirs such as keychains, snowglobes, magnets, post cards, and coffee cups at marked up prices.

One of the cashiers at 5 o’clock, waved us over to a specific part of the counter, to check us out and then pointed for me to go away, but she didn’t want to serve me.

I put my item back down in the display case and walked out, and one of her other associates waved at me and said bye-bye.

Very very very rude. Extremely disappointed at the level of service I received at this kiosk.

I told both of the women to not treat me like a dog, and to communicate with words, and I’ll by pointing.

I don’t care if they don’t know how to speak English, but they don’t have to be rude.

I just called and she pretended not to hear me and telling me to come in person when I can only get there if I am traveling only. My grandson, who lives in Philadelphia, outgrew this cute Palm Beach alligator hoodie. He's crying and I was trying to see if I could buy a bigger size for him but I could ever get a hold of anyone to answer the phone after she answered and pretended that she couldn't hear me. Please if anyone can help me, I would really appreciate it.
