I had an amazing experience at Corpo Bonito in Florida Mall! The customer service was excellent – the staff is super friendly and helpful, and they speak Portuguese, Spanish, and English, making the shopping experience even better. The bikinis have that perfect Brazilian fit that you won’t find in any other store in Orlando. The quality of the fabrics is outstanding, and the designs are both stylish and comfortable. I would not even give them a star!
I purchased a bathing suit from this store, and I was extremely disappointed to find noticeable stains. When I tried to address this issue, the staff was unhelpful and refused to acknowledge their return policy, which they had previously misrepresented. I felt misled and frustrated by the entire experience. I expected better quality and customer service, and I will not be shopping here again. Save your money and look elsewhere! #Scammers

Terrible experience. The store has a hidden no return policy in the fitting room. I bought two overpriced bathing suits on a rush because I am leaving on a cruise tomorrow however on my way out the mall I found other bathing suits that I liked better and bought them. When I went back approximately an hour later I was told they have a no refund policy. I was not told this at the register which by the way the lady did not know how to print a receipt and I had to take a picture of their screen and since I didn’t try them on I did not see the hidden sign in the fitting room.The register lady was not allowed by the manager who was not present to provide me with any advice, help or contact information to resolve the situation. Security was called by them stating she was being assaulted which was obviously not true. When security heard my side of the story they agreed that their actions were incorrect.You will not be advised of the return policy, unless you go in the fitting room. This store and their employees are scammers.

Don't buy....this company lies about exchange policy. Employees don't know what they're doing. The manager didn't help. Security came saying there was an assault. Do not buy.....place is a scam joke

I ordered a swimsuit from this company and paid extra for 2-day shipping. It has now been over a week, and I still haven’t received my order. When I called customer service, the representative was unhelpful and suggested I was being unfair for expecting my order to arrive on time. As a paying customer, if you cannot guarantee 2-day shipping, you shouldn’t offer it or should at least provide a disclaimer on the website. This experience has been very disappointing.
