My go to professional beauty supply store! Love this store and the staff! It’s always clean and tidy pricing is always correct and visible, clearance is amazing and the staff is helpful. Maria is wonderful. I’ve encountered her several times in the store always has a smile on her face no matter how busy it is or if she’s running the store alone, she provides great customer service!
Had an encounter today with her and another customer who says she was treated badly by her. It was not the case at all, customer was upset because Maria could not fluently speak English, but she was still being very helpful and trying her best to help! Customer yelled at her and told her to find someone else to help her, and it sounded very racially charged. The associate maintained her composure and told her that she would get her the help that she needed. Thank you Maria and this location For always taking care of my professional needs.

I came to this Great location far away and I had the pleasure to encounter Odalis, who held me out to finding everything (almost everything that I needed) for my job, she was very nice, very professional, very friendly and thanks to her I was able to find almost everything that I needed for my business. Thank you, Odalys !!and thank you Cosmoprof for having among us megging better the shopping experience.

Store Manager was is extremely helpful & knowledgeable in advising what products to use for my type of hair (wavy). I dislike walking into these places & having employees not knowing what to recommend or even knowing. I’m very pleased with Odalys customer service it was exceptional! I will recommend everyone to go here and definitely I will be back!

Never have a good experience at this venue. They NEVER answer the phone obligating you to drive there if you have a question and now they are closed when Google states they are open. Plus the last time I was here the attendant was rude and not helpful with a product question.. So disappointing!
