I really like shopping here because there are many products and they are inexpensive. The staff in this store are also very friendly. Another thing that attracts me is that the deli section is indoors, so I don't need to take out my membership card again when buying food.

We have been costco members for a lot of years.

One of the biggest things I love about Costco is the return policy on their products.

Also, when you purchase something and it goes on sale. They honor the sale price.

Who doesn't love the food samples and the pizza or hotdog from their food court. Wait, forget about the 5 dollar whole chicken. So good.

Great prices. Clean store. Friendly, helpful associates. Tasty samples on Saturdays. Hands down the best hotdogs, and for $1.50 with drink you can't beat it! We love our Costco trips!

First time in a Costco entered with digital card, every associate on the floor was friendly. Kind of odd to have someone walk over and take over scanning in self checkout, but no big deal. Food court fast and easy. Then stopped by CS desk for photo and physical card.. Awful, slow, extremely rude, 2 people being helped when I walked up, no line. After 15 minutes, one was done, I walked up only to be greeted with "give me a minute" before calling someone else around from the return side. Another 5 minutes later the manager starts coming out and saying loudly "the line starts over there" looking directly at me, the one that told me to wait with lots of attitude " I didn't TELL him to come up", I looked back, saw the line of 10+ people that built up in this time, and just Left, with a attitude filled "thank you" thrown at my back from the manager.

What is the point of having a NO pets allowed policy. When this store continues to allow people to bring full grown dogs into the store. Today not one but two people had golden doodles in the store walking around. That is absolutely disgusting this is a grocery store. Not to mention a lack of care and concern for the people highly allergic.

This place is clean and well stocked but insanely packed every time. Time to open another one to alleviate the chaotic feel upon entrance and while shopping. We have lived all over the country in much larger cities than Mobile but we have never seen that volume of customers at one time. Well done on keeping the store clean and well stocked with that high customer volume though! Must have amazing management and dedicated staff!

This is only for the Vision center in Mobile, Al. First, they got the prescription wrong and I had to return to get the correct prescription. When I returned to pick up the glasses I had a long wait, I was in pick up line with no one behind me and as soon as it was my turn the person at register looked at me and said 'sorry, I'm on break,' and left. There was only one other person behind the desk working on a problem with another customer. Today when I went to pick up my corrected glasses, the same exact thing happened. They need more staff behind the desk or they need better training on customer service. Do better Vision Center.
