I'm not sure what it is but for a few months this store was looking a million times better everything was organized and categorized quite nicely for a small store i was able to communicate with some employees and I believe Ezra and Jamie were the most helpful and friendliest girls manger was very proud of how much it was blossoming I've been coming here for years and I've never been one to gossip but I've seen Job coaches being inappropriate and I believe her name was Kim would flip of the young male employee and vape weed pen behind the store pure unprofessional behavior and I've been complaining about this blonde lady who is always going a million miles a minute she is the most annoying and rude person she actually told my daughter that if she doesn't put stuff back in the right place she shouldn't pick it up don't know what this company is doing but they should rethink their employees even the manager seems to be clocking out desert industry or goodwill for us

It is a mess! I am sorry that I took my very nice things to them. No organization whatsoever! And dirty/so much dust on everything! I was anticipating a nice thrift store in a really nice area! Guess I will go back to donating to Golden Goose!

The folks at Cotton Blossom run a stellar establishment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent, lightly used stuff. Just moved to Tucson and they gave me some great deals on furniture for my new house. It's a 30 minute drive from my house, but totally worth the trip. I'll definitely be back!

I "was" a regular shopper. I do not know what happened but now they are ridiculously overpriced. I will no longer be donating to this business because nobody would be able to afford to buy the donated items. I will say the store does look better organized but they are mistaken thinking they are an antique shop or they're located in Beverly hills. If you're looking for a great place to thrift this is no longer the place. Go to the Goodwill.
