I am writing to share my recent experience with an order I placed from cottonwood, unfortunately the cookie jar I receive arrived in many pieces, due to a lack of attention and care when packaging. This was very disappointing as I was looking forward to adding it to my kitchen. While I appreciate the prompt refund I was hoping for an acknowledgment Of the inconvenience caused and an apology would have been appreciated As it would have shown commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very nice store with a lot of nice things. Lots of fun to look around. Found a nice stoneware colander at a decent price. It's going to double as a fruit bowl! The lady working there was very friendly and helpful.

I can’t get over that I spent $37.09 online for a stuffed animal for my soon to come first child and it’s barely 10 inches! It fits in the palm of my hand 😭 not fair. Very disappointed.
