They're really pieces of *hit. They told me to come pick up my marijuana card that they had it ready. I drove over an hour from Marina Del Rey only to find out they mailed it over a week ago. They lady specifically told me they had it today and asked if they wanted me to have it mailed. I drove an 2 hours and wasted my gas for nothing. They are incompetent pieces of *hit.

I came to get my permanent makeup license,The body art tattoo license.I had a very good experience,it is virus now but I think most people got vaccine like me ,so they are opened. I suggest you don't come after 3pm.I had my license immediately after I paid for the county.I was super happy.That's why I come to share this.And thank God for the best luck.I didn't wait that long at all.so good luck to the people who see this too.

These people do not care to help. Always a long wait, even if you have an appointment. Under staffed and management does not care. Good luck trying to get someone to answer a quick question over the counter before you submit plans. Oh and try leaving a voicemail for the department head? Good luck getting a call back.

Do not blame the victims! A reasonable person would have chosen to hire unemployed Healthcare professionals, instead of furloughed County workers, as they have the skill sets necessary to create the rapport that is needed to build trust with the newly positive Covid-19 person. If they had hired the correct and necessary Covid-19 tracers in May, who were certified and available due to John Hopkins University, I know LA County would be a lot better off. How about a little bit of accountability?
