First of all I think this hotel is great in the fact that my room is definitely nice, the staff is very friendly, the housekeeping staff is definitely good at their job. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I was booked for a long term stay by my job (a month to be exact) and once I got here I found out the rooms do not have kitchens, the hotel doesn't have a guest laundry room, and they don't offer complimentary breakfast. But they do have a bistro in the lobby and they definitely make delicious food but it is a little more than what I want to spend twice a day everyday for a month. The prices aren't bad for a hotel bistro though, but I'm use to cooking in my rooms. The pool, hot tub, and gym are all really good too. This hotel is in the Richmond Hilltop District and there are plenty of restaurants near it, also shopping, and a movie theater all within walking distance if you're so inclined

My stay at the Courtyard Marriott was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. Angela and Anthony, the A-Team, provided top-notch service that made me feel right at home. Their hospitality truly elevated my experience. Highly recommend this hotel for both comfort and great customer care I travel all over the world and this is a great place to stay.🙌🙌

Positive: We got a suite, the dinning room table was big, the view from the 5th floor was nice. Too bad this place is too far from the Bart. Negative: The sofa bed was small and uncomfortable. The bathroom counter top was too small. The floor was not clean. The communication between the front desk and cleaning staff was practically none. The worst coffee in the room & no free coffee at lobby.

I love this hotel, I always come to visit my girlfriend since we are long distance and the rooms are always spotless, always have a pleasant and clean smell and the staff is always accommodating to your needs. Gio is a wonderful front desk clerk, he always makes sure my stay is amazing as well the manager who is very kind and attentive. If you just take the time to explain your situation they can go above and beyond and be very understanding to your situation. I love this hotel and will never stay anywhere else. Now do yourself a favor and book a room here at the Marriott!

The hotel was nice overall and the location was very convenient for what we needed. The room was pretty dark but OK overall. Nothing fancy but good for the price that we paid. The cafe in the lobby had pretty good food for breakfast but took quite a while to get it ready.

I needed to stay one night in the Richmond area and this was the only place I wanted to stay! First, I did not have a car, so I have no experience with the safety of the parking lot. Everything else about the hotel was great and just what I needed. I ate a snack from the Bistro for dinner, ate from the Bistro for breakfast, and checked out. I had no issues. I liked that the room was very clean and updated. I ironed my work clothes and had no issue with the iron. I called for more toilet paper and the staff delivered some to my door. All the staff I encountered were nice. Thanks for a great stay.

Everything is nice. However, there should be one safety box in the room. Also, the water pressure in the washroom needs improvement. The mattress in room is too soft to sleep on. Little addition of weights and one or two plain/curling rods to the fitness room is also recommended.
