I went on a Saturday to get a few links removed from my favorite watch. The gentleman (so sorry that I forgot his name!) was so friendly and fast. My watch fits perfectly now and I would highly recommend this establishment for any watch repair. I do appreciate that they are open on Saturdays as other repair shops are only open during the working week. I want to leave this review to thank the gentleman again and let him know that I appreciated his time.

I went in the store for a repair. JD and his wife were very pleasant to speak to, very warming and friendly. He did an amazing job with my repair, I was very happy. Will be back for the beautiful jewelry they have plus great sales !!!

I have had two watch bands re sized here and both were Citizens watches 1 st watch that was sized cost me 21.00 about 2 months later I had another watch sized and it was 12.00 not sure of why! My 1st watch was lower range in price the 2nd watch was up in cost vs the 1st one not sure of why! Shame on them to charge more the 1st go around! However the lil guy did it the second time the bigger guy did the 1st time.

I couldn't wait to share my wonderful experience at Cousineau Jewelers in Vero Beach. I went in to get a small add-on gift for a First Communion celebration I have coming up. The customer service was excellent, and the items were beautifully gifted in boxes. I truly felt at home in this family-owned jewelry store. I absolutely love the unique signature piece style that is created by the owner. The jewelry is stunning, and it was a pleasure to speak with the family who runs the store. I highly recommend Cousineau Jewelers.

They did an amazing job!!!!!! And fixed my broken 14K name plated golden chain. Picked up my chain today and it couldn’t look any newer. Very polished and shiney. I definitely recommend this place for any type of jewelry repair! JD did an awesome job.
