I was sold a fake Van Cleef Butterfly necklace from here. I own several pieces and the quality was not there. The clasp was a give away. It did not have the Van Cleef Stamp. I emailed the concern to Couture USA and was told it was a "generic" clasp. Then the owner called me and said Van Cleef "changed" the clasp and it was real and tried to sell it to me for a discounted amount. I contacted my SA at Van Cleef and was told they have NOT changed the clasp so it is in fact FAKE. BEWARE it is still on the website. Update: Obviously the owner didn't fully read my review Van Cleef and Arpels confirmed for me that they don't use those clasps- I spoke to my SA and called Van Cleef directly- they both told me they don't use those "generic" clasps- don't believe me? Call them yourself. Look on their website- none of their pieces have a generic clasp. Or better yet do a simple google search and it will tell you that is one of the easiest ways to spot a FAKE. I have the same necklace in gold and it has a real VanCleef clasp. Pictures attached from Poshmark and Vestiaire with real clasps. Latest update: Attached is an email I received from Couture USA stating the clasp is generic.

I only knew the store from the internet and had to check it out in person. I went to the boutique with my two sons & my husband where we received a warm welcome.
The quality and selection of handbags is impressive and the ladies in the boutique were super friendly!
I also found a handbag to my liking and will definitely come back when I visit Tampa area again.

I have wanted this Louis Vuitton twist bag for a few years now. So you can imagine my amazement when I found it at Couture Designer resale Boutique, in almost new condition.
I called the boutique, they put the bag on hold for me until I could get there. When I arrived, I could not believe all the beautiful barely used and new designer bags. The employees were knowledgeable, patient, and they allowed me to take my time shopping all the gorgeous bags. But my decision had already been made.
I’ll definitely be returning to Couture Designer Resale Boutique, and I suggest you check it out too.

I had the best experience at Couture USA. When I finally decided I was going to sell a few of my bags to get my dream Chanel bag I looked around at a few shops and Couture USA spoke to me. They were very fair with my trade in and my dream bag was purchased. I drove 2.5hrs to get there and from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable checking out as many bags as I needed before I found my dream bag.

A great store with an incredible selection of bags! My mom and I came in a couple of days ago and we both found gorgeous bags. I found a Goyard tote that was very reasonably priced and my mom bought the cutest Chanel bag and a pair of shoes. The ladies at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Had a wonderful experience here!!

Great experience here! I found a nice preowned but newer LV small bag and I love it. The young lady working was so engaging, it made me stay longer than I planned!😊 I’m glad I did! She knows fashion and the store was equipped with SO many DOPE pieces, I was sort of drooling but acted like I wasn’t!! 🤣 Stop in, I hope you have the same experience as me! 10 outta 10!!

I got my dream LV Keepall from Couture USA. Shipping was super fast and i received it the next day! They really were modest when rating the condition of the bag. I expected some wear and tear when I read it graded as "Very Good" condition, but was shocked and surprised at how beautiful the bag was! Easily could have been described as "Excellent" condition. And the price was great. I'm so happy to have found this store!
