Went in there with my friend bc she needed a new phone and let me tell you they were fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had ! I believe the young man’s name was Gerardo. He was very knowledgeable and helped transfer all the apps and pictures to the new phone, not to mention he was very nice and sociable! We were in in out in less than 30 minutes. Will definitely make this store my go to !!!!

Jasmine @ store is ripping people off & making store XTRA $$! She DELIBERATELY: pushs high sales, ALLOWS unruly customers, is DISCRIMINATING against CERTAIN PEOPLE, doesn't do returns correctly, & costs people a lot of money! SAD ? Jasmine wants to advance in business but she forgets it is a small town & eventually Karma catches up with people...Eventually she will mess with the wrong person ? with contacts there in Coolidge since its so close to the Prison. ?‍♀️ But U know what do I know I was just 1 of those MANY people that the other associate had to help & clean up the mess & the rest got dealt with at Cricket 611 since I have been w/THEM 5YRS!
