I fully understand not taking clothes but you guys need to work on your reasons why or just don’t give one.

I came in with lulu, Nike, a 1 of 1 Levi’s jacket, a whole ass designer t shit, a 400$ bridesmaid dress and some random clothes obviously. I was told “we’re not taking anything because we don’t want fast fashion items”. That’s very valid but also blunt and kind of rude especially when I don’t buy fast fashion LMAO he also just shoved all my items into the bag with so little respect I had to stop and re organize my bags just so I could walk to my car.

2 stars because while I was waiting one young man was SO nice to everyone and basically running the store while doing his own jobs. Hope he goes far he seems like a great guy surrounded by some negative Nancy’s fr

I just left this place and Jasmine one of the “buyers” looked at me with disgust as I gave my clothes to her at that point I knew it was going to be a problem. She didn’t greet me to start or anything and looked at me extremely crazy. I told my friend who I was speaking with (on the phone) that I bet she’s not going to pick any of my clothes. At the end Jasmine goes I’m gonna pass on everything mind you I had named brand items & things never worn. She definitely gave a look of oh I’m not going to take your items because you’re black! She gave very racist, not welcoming energy. It was pretty disgusting!!!! Jasmine treating individuals the way you do because the color of their skin is hurtful and not called for in this day and age!!! I hope you read this!!! Echo park location

Amazing location, I recently went to go trade my clothes. I had 5 pieces of clothes in my bag, when I returned, the lady who checked me out told me that I had no clothing that they liked. I was okay about it since I go to this place very often, when I left i felt my bad way lighter than it was before. I checked my bag and I saw that one of my shirts went missing but I didn’t suspect anything until I went and checked my car if I had left my polo shirt. It was nowhere to be found. I also checked my house and it was not found. ( I had it in my bag so that I could trade it) I’m pretty sure the lady who checked me in, stole it. Very disappointed.

There are four parking spots. I assume two of them will always be in use for employees (rightfully so, they deserve parking) which leaves customers with only two parking spots. Every time I pass by (even in the middle of a weekday) there is no parking. How am I ever supposed to go to this location? Ridiculous.

They took four pieces off my hands, two shirts and two pairs of shoes, regretfully I took the store credit (barely above 40$)which, after doing the math at home, came up to less than the 50% they say they give on their website. Especially considering one of the pairs of shoes were basically brand new(no wear on the soles, upper in pristine condition),only worn once. I should have asked for a Price breakdown or just left with my items after hearing the 25$ cash (again for four items including the like new pair of shoes) they where offering me. Will be more careful with future transactions.

Really cool styles for straight style girls. For plus size girls: Very, very little selection. Size categories on the racks go up to 20, but I didn't find any size 20 pieces. There's barely anything above 16 (and not much 16 either). For alphanumeric sizes, the max is XL (I think I saw one XXL thing mixed in), and for jeans the max is 34 (iirc). Vast majority of clothing was XS, S and M. Cool shoes and bags-- and maybe there were some gems in the mens section, but I didn't check.
