Bought a can of paint from this store. The goal was to repaint a door I spent days stripping and prepping. The paint was thicker than I had expected but tried it anyways. Quickly, I realized something was wrong as the paint was so tick it came out as one big glob. Upon trying to bring back the $30 qt of paint that was clearly old and shouldn’t have still be out, I was told I could not receive a refund without any explanation. Unfortunate considering the loud speaker continued to exclaim that they were here to help… Lol not so much. Instead just hours upon hours of extra work to re-strip, sand, seal, and paint.. not to mention money wasted just to start all over 🫠 I don’t think I’ll be buying from here anytime soon.

We are renovating our new home project and the Crowder Ace store makes our supply buying easy. We can shop their inventory online to find specifically what we need - and then place a pick up order. No more wondering around the store looking for items they do not have! When you walk in to the store, you will be greeted and helped, even when the store is busy! Love that this is a priority!! I have asked questions, received helpful answers even if they are referring me to other stores. Love this store, it is a great welcome to our new neighborhood finding great service and help.

In the area vacationing and sought a hardware store. This is one of the best stocked variety of merchandise and quantity of products I have ever seen of any Ace Hardware stores in multiple states. This store displays award plaques of best hardware store in the county. A lot of helpful employees as I asked for assistance from several of them. Bought more goods than I had planned so they had great variety I could have spent hours walking aisles! If in the area again would revisit if the need arose.

Friendly personalized service. If you are unsure of where a product is, they will escort you to it's location. The staff is also helpful in answering questions and giving advice.

This store always has someone around the entrance who asks if they can be of help mand then actually helps. Every single employee I've met there over the past 7 years has been willing and nice. Today I was looking for a replacement for the garden wagon I'd purchased at an Ace Nashville decades ago (washed away in the hurricanes). Todd (the manager I think) went above and beyond, located one for me, and sent me home happier than I've been in a while. So, thank you!

Great selection, prices can be a tad high on some items. Typically very friendly staff and if you are willing to pay a little bit more for convenience this is the place.

You can find a fair selection of fishing tackle, boat parts like chain, swivels, switches, etc. Trailer parts, like hubs, safety chains, etc. Will use them again.

I love this store........ This part is for Crowder's. They have gorgeous gifts here and this is the only store where I can find my favourite candles, Tyler Candles. They're really fantastic. The staff are friendly here and there is always lots of lovely things to mooch about and covet. Recommended.
Ace............. It's a lovely store. The people working here are so friendly and helpful. They always have what I am looking for. Recommended.
