Had a great experience shopping with Crown GMC in St Pete. Tammy Wagner was very friendly and helpful answering my questions and following up during the my shopping process. Jason Crooks got me a very competitive offer to finalize my decision and Drew Oleson walked me through the paperwork, gave me a full guided tour of the truck’s features and helped to link and set up the apps on my phone. I recently spent $1,800 dollars to repair an oil pan leak. Transmission had to be dropped in order to get to the oil pan. But I also requested that they rotate my tires. I was informed the vehicle was ready and that all work had been completed but the tires were not rotated. I knew immediately because one of my tires was recently repaired and was still on the front of the vehicle. Now rotating the tires is not a big deal but it makes you think if the vehicle was repaired properly and completely. This evening when I returned home I heard a noise coming from the front end of my vehicle. Very unsettling since this is a front wheel drive vehicle and that is where the transmission had to be dropped to fix the leak. Also I'm wondering why when I simply have an oil change I receive a phone call the next day asking how the service was but this time I spent $1,800 and no phone call and no response to the email response review I sent supposedly directly to the service manager. Maybe it is time for a new dealership. I'm not only a Crown GMC customer but I'm also a Crown Nissan customer. I have never had any issues with the Nissan service department. Also I have used Crown collision center and Better Way auto glass and was extremely satisfied with the work performed by both.

My experience with Crown Buick GMC was amazing. Buying a new car could be stressful and complicated but with the great help of Mike Suttles, from the sales team, everything went smoothly. He helped us to get a fair price on the car we want and we ended up getting the car of our dreams. He went above and beyond in showing us every detail of this gorgeous truck. Thinking about buying a new auto always seems to stress you out. We purchased a 2025 Canyon 4X4 and was surprised how easy and relaxing it was. Our salesperson was Drew. He made sure everything was easy to understand and explained everything. Went over the vehicle. The finance guy was easy to work with. We had a trade in and felt we got a great trade in value. Crown Buick GMC dealership was very easy to work with. After the fact I had one issue that needed attention and came back to see Drew and it was taken care of fast.

The only negative I had and it was pretty upsetting was GMC not the dealership. They no longer give the standard owners manuals to learn about your new auto. I called GMC and spoke to a rep who said they just don't do it. I would think GMC would worry about someone getting into an accident or hurting or killing someone because they did not know how to operate the safety features they install in their autos. Shame on GMC for penny pinching something that could come back to bite them in the pocket book. Hope it never happens to anyone but if it does hope they pay for it.
Again this dealership was fantastic to bad GMC does not support their dealers better.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael Hunter in purchasing my new to me 2022 Buick Encore GX at Crown Buick. I had submitted an online request through Auto Trader for a different vehicle and within minutes of submitting my inquiry, my phone rang and it was Michael. He told me they didn’t have that vehicle, but they had a comparable one. We agreed to meet around 2:30 that day for a test drive and by 6 PM I was home with my new car. He was very helpful in getting my belongings out of my vehicle and answering numerous questions I had after the sale. He was forthright in saying this was his fifth week working at Crown Buick. whatever questions he didn’t have answers to he was diligent about getting responses. I would recommend him to other shoppers. He was patient, attentive, easy-going, and a joy to work with.
