Sadly the cookies are consistently underbaked. I’ve been here 3-4 times and every time the top is cooked perfect but the bottom is still doughy and underbaked. I’ve given plenty of tries so I won’t be returning.

I'm not a fan of the banana pudding. It has a gritty texture. The purple cookie was ok as long as you have some jelly in every bite the cookie itself tastes like straight flour.

Very nice service , I had a good moment educating myself about the cookies , my son was able.to see how the cookies get prepare with open kitchen , nice fancy presentation, great product quality, fresh , soft and sweet cookie . Definitely the place to get cookie for you kids ,gift or take it for work sharing .Reasonable price 😜😜😜😜

The staff was so nice! The cookies were bigger than I expected. We probably could have settled on the minis instead. They were so yummy we tried all 6 flavors they had that day. It was hard to pick a favorite but the confetti cookie might be the one.

Yum, yum, YUM! These cookies mostly live up to the hype. So far the cowboy cookie has been my favorite which was interesting as in not an oatmeal fan. I do not like the sugar cookie at all, it's just too doughy and pretty tasteless.
It's always busy at our local store with the cookie factory cranking it the favorites! Most recently we tried the key lime pie cookie which was really good especially as I'm not that big a fan of key lime pie. And of course the chocolate chip is always a winner. It's worthwhile to give them a try as you could decide you've found a new cookie to love!!
Tried these so far and are ranked in a scale of 1-5 with 5 being amazing and 1 being blech!

Ordered the Olivia GUTS cookie for pickup for my teenage daughter. 1. It wasn’t ready at the specified pickup time. 2. The note that should’ve been on the box that I requested for my daughter wasn’t able to be done because they said they are out of printer paper. Guess employee couldn’t be bothered to just hand write the note on paper or on the inside of the box. 3. As you can see from my pic, the cookie color is not lilac purple as advertised, barely any jam in the star cut-out and the sprinkles are missing the purple ones. 4. The pickup counter had chocolate stains all over and in need of a wipe down. First and last time here, but 3 stars because my kiddo said it tasted good.

Deliciously rich & dense cookies that you really only need a small bite or two of to be satisfied! The only minor disappointment was when we did a pick-up order of a 6-pack for someone’s birthday… Adding $1 for the birthday “gift wrapping” apparently means placing a small sticker in the box that says “Happy Birthday” :/

I’ve heard so many things about this cookie chain and had to try it for myself.
It smells heavenly and the cookies are large and gorgeous!
I got the white chocolate, macadamia nut, s’mores, snickerdoodle, and peanut butter. All were fabulous! The perfect amount of crispy meets soft and gooey.
So many new flavors to try.
My only complaint is many of them are cold which I personally find…odd.
Cookies are always best if they are warm as if right out of the oven but this will not stop me from going again. They were just too good.
